I went to this wells Fargo to deposit a money order. After waiting for 18 minutes it was my turn I went to the teller and gave her my I.D and the money order and the deposit slip. She looked at the money order and looked at me and said Did you find this money order or you made it? I said to her What did you mean did I find it? she said who gave it to you or you made it yourself? The fact been it is over a year a go there might not be money in there. I said to the teller did you look at the date it is not over a year ago it is dated December 10th, 2011 and I made the money order myself.

Then she said well I dont think it is good because it is old but I will check. I told the teller it is good money order should not expire and this is money order is just a little over 3 months. So she went to ask her co-worker who was behind her on the other side of the counter, as Jessica approached her co-worker and while asking her about the money order, that teller tilted her head to take a look at me because from where she was she could not see me.

So she took a look at me and looked back at Jessica and said no you cant accept it but ask the manager. Jessica went asked someone else and came back to me and said yeah we cant accept without calling the service and we need make sure there is money in it because it is over 90 days.

I said OK you can call and check I will wait. Jessica came back after a few minutes draw stars and circles all over the money order and an 800 phone number with her red pen.

She gave me back the money order and said we could not verify it so we are not going to deposit it, this money order is expired. I told her again money order should not expire in 4 months.

And I asked her what her name was because she did not have a name tag. She said Jessica I said what is your employee I.D number or your last name? she said we do not have employee number and I cant give you my last name; if you want to talk to my manager I can call her. So I left and closed my account immediate from another branch.
