The Garden Room Wedding Chapel is great if you really like an overtly victorian style - the place was a bit much for my taste however they have staff that will take care of all the details for you

It was great having our reception at THE GARDEN ROOM in La Habra. We enjoyed the evening to its fullest. Everyone was pleased and had a great time. The food was delicious, the staff and security did a marvelous job! They took care of everything, the bride (me) and groom (my husband) did not worry about anything! It is well worth having your event at THE GARDEN ROOM in La Habra, you will not regret it one bit. THANKS for making our wedding reception a memorable one!

The Garden Room experience was horrible! The facility was very beautiful; however, the ?owner? and her ?help? were terrible. They were unprofessional and extremely RUDE. Veronica and another Garden Room employee told us on two separate occasions the Bride and Groom, along with the wedding party, would be able to enter the building an hour before our guests arrived. When we arrived to use the rented powder room, we were denied entry. The owner herself was laughing and spoke extremely unprofessionally to me and members of my wedding party when we asked her about the issue. From that point on we were harassed about every little detail they did not like. This is not something a Bride and Groom want to worry about on their big day. The owner literally made my wife cry just before our guests arrived. The security guard yelled at our DJ to hurry up and get out ounce the event was over. They would not even allow a 3 year old ring bearer to use the restroom facilities a half hour prior to the scheduled time of the event. My wife and I had the facility rented until 1 AM, and they allowed the cleaning crew to start vacuuming at 11:30 PM. We were extremely disappointed in the service and our over all experience was awful. I would hate for another Bride and Groom to treated in such a disgusting manner on the most important day of their lives.
