I have used Water Heaters Only on two occasions to replace our two water heaters. Each time, the appointments were scheduled promptly, the technicians arrived when scheduled, and the installation work was first rate. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment for an estimate after speaking to a few plumbers. Water Heaters Only was prompt and gave me a lower estimate than originally discussed on the phone. Water Heaters Only - We recently needed a new water heater.
We had gotten another water heater from them so called again.
They gave good information over the phone and also when they came out for the scheduled appointment. Mike did a great job
in explaining some new features and installing the water heater.
We are very pleased and will recommend this business to others.

Noticed a weird drip sound on Sat; turned out my water heater had just burst a seam. Called Water Heaters Only; guy on phone knew his stuff, took his time with me, and I felt a positive vibe - you just don't find competent people out there anymore so I had them take a look. They gave me a good price, and the service guy, Kevin, was also cool. Told them to do it, and Kevin came back in a half hour and worked his tail off. He was very into his work, and very detail oriented. He even reworked some piping that didn't need to change... he just wanted it to be perfect. He also had some funny stories. All said and done I was HAPPY that I just had to do an emergency expense. That doesn't happen too often. I'm writing this so Kevin and the rest of Water Heaters Only get the credit they deserve. Haven't been this happy about a home job in a long time. Highly recommended!!!

My 20-year old water heater finally broke on a late Thur afternoon. Called Water Heaters Only and they promised to come 5-8pm. They called me on the way to make sure I know they were coming. The technician inspected the heater and offered great tips and advice. We scheduled a replacement installation the very next morning and everything was installed perfectly. I want to express our gratitude to Water Heaters Only and Chris, the gentleman who installed our new water heater last night, Christmas eve. In the afternoon, my wife called out from the garage, "There's water leaking on the floor." Rusty water was dribbling out the top. At fifteen years old, the water heater was shot. I called Water Heaters Only. The gentleman on the phone said they could have the service man come between five and eight. Chris gave a call before he came. He installed the new heater with new stainless flex pipes, a new pan and earthquake strapping. Chris' workmanship is clearly professional. We were able to get to the showing of "It's A Wonderful Life" at the Stanford Theater.

Our water heater burst on a Monday morning creating a big problem for us. I received an estimate from a competitor that was 50% higher than Water Heaters Only. I asked them why they were higher and they said, "Because you get to deal with us and we're better". Phooey on them. I called Water Heaters Only and received a firm bid, which had the same warranty, specs of unit, etc as the higher priced company. Water Heaters Only scheduled an appointment with me for that afternoon, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job efficiently and within the timeframe they stated. The technician had 11 years experience in the industry, was very polite and neat, and did the work flawlessly. It could not have been a better experience.

I highly recommend them for all the reasons above.
