Quick and efficient on the phone, they were the first to call after I posted the job on Service Magic. However, there was no indication when the technician arrived, as to what the cost of the work might be. I have yet to be billed. Being billed is a nice feature but I also have no idea what the job, which should have been pretty easy and turned out not to be, has cost me.
Electrician was very professional and surely knew what he was doing. I feel confident that the work was completed properly and that he considered all options for fixing the electrical problem in my 100-yr old house.
