I had a slight emergency (lost part of a filling) and was given an appointment within two hours of my call. I was quite pleased to have the problem solved before the weekend.

Both fillings and cleaning were done well. For the 1st time I actually felt like I got a proper teeth cleaning after so many done in different Dentists offices. The Dentists are very friendly and concerned about your well being.

Friendly Staff, well kept place, on hand assurance and confident. Willing to listen to you and make sure that you understand what they are about to do. They like to make sure that you are comfortable in their hands and do everything with a smile.

This surgery was not what I expected! It was better. It was much less invasive and I had pleasant experience. My gums look and feel much better. I have no more worries about infection below my gums. The one word I would use to describe this surgery is worth while. Don??t wait and worry about your gum health. Do it now.

My entire family goes to Mira Mesa Dental and we all really like it here. Dr Rossana is very nice and gentle. I like how she makes the whole family comfortable.

My friends and family have been astounded at the difference in my smile. No one can believe how natural it looks. The doctor was a huge help with that part of my smile makeover. She gave me some good advice and direction about the color and shape of my teeth. I had no idea that I could actually choose the shape and shade of my new porcelain veneers. Dr. Alfonso and her team at Mira Mesa Dental are awesome. Thank you!

Mira Mesa Dental was great. Soothing, fun, and professional. I actually enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend them. They took the time to explain each step in the process, regularly checked in to see that I was okay, and even fit me in for a cleaning just a week before my wedding.

Went to Mira Mesa Dental for the first time this morning. I usually dread going to the dentist, but my experience was completely amazing. They immediately made me feel comfortable during my exam and cleaning, and I will definitely be back. The doctor was also very polite of my time, did not keep me waiting, and very good at explaining my exam. Highly recommended.

I've seen many dentists due to my gum disease and severe TMJ. I went to Mira Mesa Dental hoping they could help me. My teeth's condition is much, much better without any pain. I am very thankful that they were able to help me get my issues under control.

Looking for a dentist... Look no further... Go to Mira Mesa Dental Care. They are miracle workers. I chipped a tooth and one of my fillings fell out. I was in pain. They saw me and in no time I was eating steaks again. It's been a few months since the work was done and I am very very happy. Not only did they fix it, but they made the tooth that the filling fell out of even look better. No more ugly black looking filling. My tooth looks normal now.

I am never fearful when visiting Mira Mesa Dental. He is very professional and so very knowledgeable. I am very confident in his abilities and his entire staff is efficient and friendly!

I had two damaged fillings repaired by Mira Mesa Dental. They used a single tooth numbing on them and I felt no pain! It only took an hour and I know the results will last!

Mira Mesa Dental is the best. I recommend them every chance I get. The staff is amazing-they are supportive and nurturing. The doctor explains things in a manner that makes you feel confident about your care and then you can make choices that are best for you.

A top-notch, highly skilled dentist, expertise in the practice of both general and cosmetic dentistry is matched by the personable, professional manner of both the doctor himself and his staff. This office came highly recommended. The experience did not disappoint. Everyone at Mira Mesa Dental was very professional and helpful. The office is extremely calming, clean, and modern. A quick cleaning erased 2+ years of coffee and other staining. I look forward to visiting Mira Mesa Dental again.

I have been going to Mira Mesa Dental Care for a few years and I have always found the staff and Dr.'s to be extremely friendly and helpful. I recently went for a teeth whitening, have never had one before. I am so amazed at the results, I have never seen my teeth this white before. My smile it amazing and I have Mira Mesa Dental Care to thank for that.

Dr. Alfonso is great!The whole family goes there. Anytime anyone asks for a referral I recommend her.She also has a great staff.She will work with you to get you what you need.

I'm not very good at keeping up with my dental appointments, so I might have needed more than most but Dr. Alfonso treated me well and didn't make me feel too bad about it. The staff was friendly and we all worked out a schedule to get all my work done AND they worked with my insurance company
