Well it has been over two months since we bought our 2619 at RV Brokers in Sacramento. They made us an ok deal on a display model they had on the lot. As part of the deal they agreed to fix all the damage done to it during it's time on the lot and at shows, and order us a couple of upgrades. When we went to pick up the trailer, they had had a week since the deal to prep the trailer and get parts for the trailer and my tow vehicle. For a week I had a noon appointment. When I arrived, I was informed everyone had gone to lunch, and that I should go get my own lunch and then come back. I told them I had lunch prior to my arrival. After an hour wait for a service person to come back from lunch, I was told the brake controller I had been assured was in stock was not, so I had to settle for whatever they had on the shelf. NONE of the repair work had been done. They had not even started to clean the trailer. They busily set about doing what they had promised, and then found the electrical isolator I had bought was also MIA. While they did this, they had someone pressure wash the trailer. They got the nozzle too close and blasted off some of the decals. I asked many questions the walk through person could not answer. Simple things like, what is this light for?I was told the reason for all this was that the owner had gotten drunk at a party and promised the workers things that he later went back on. So many people quit.Since then, I waited a month and a half to hear about the ordered parts, trim, etc to fix the lot damage. Over the last 4 weeks, I have called three times. The first two go a receptionist with no information. The third time I finally talked to the service secretary. She told me nothing had been ordered. She blamed this on other employees. When I inquired as to why she had not at least returned my calls, she just said, "Oh, well I guess that was me."Today I finally went down there. I was told the walk thorough paper work on my trailer had all been lost. Some parts were in on what they could guess from the scratched notes someone had found. The parts had been found in a box with no name so they didn't know who to call. After it was all over, I was told I need to go through the trailer and come up with my own parts list for them to order. Through all of this, all I have heard is one employee blaming another, or management. Never has anyone said, "I am sorry." Never has anyone said, "Sorry for wasting your time." I even told the person today just a call to let me know they were still working on it would have been nice. I understand delays, but refusing to call back a customer is unforgivable! So to RV Brokers....as much as you came recommended on this forum, and through friends, obviously something has changed. As soon as the initial damage is repaired, I will be making the two hour trek to either Reno or Dinuba for every future purchase or warranty repair. I will spend $40 in gas to keep you from making another dime off me.Update - over a year out and they still have not fulfill their contract.
