I was highly disappointed; not once, but twice. Last year I went to get my hair braided, and the braider just had a bad vibe about her. At one point she yelled at another stylist about a dvd she was about to play, saying "do you hear me when I'm talking to you?" It was loud and the other stylist didn't hear her. When she finished with my hair, I was disappointed with all the clumps of glue that hels the braids together. It should have been a dab for each braid. They looked horrible

Today I paid 80 dollars for a touch up and a flat iron by someone who knows nothing about graduated bobs or how to style them. My stylist didn't do a good job at all, only correcting the front and sides but not the back, and she didn't seem to care. On the bright side, the owner seems very nice and approachable, and the vibe is warm when you walk in, but that's not enough to retain my business. I had better service at Bay Vista Beauty College on Plaza Blvd. I don't mind paying Hair Baller money if I had Hair Baller service, but I did not leave feeling beautiful at all today. 80 dollars for sub-par service

They did great job with my hair. I got it conditioned, washed, cut and style for $80.00. Well worth the price. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in to the salon. I highly recommend it.
