Have a whirlpool washer that needed repair. It is still under the warranty so whirlpool had recommended Allen and Sons. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish. A person called me before my appointment time and also after to follow up. Technician was super. Did the job very quickly. He was a very nice guy. I understand why whirlpool recommends this company. It makes Whirlpool look good as well. Will recommend Allen and Sons.
