.

Walked in for a simple repair. Receptionist informed that repair could not be done if "back plastic" is missing. Fortunately plastic holder was still in place. She informed that the repair would require 15 minutes. I came back in 20 min and she went back to the lab for 12 min. She brought back my glasses and said it was not repairable. I asked her why the "back plastic" was missing so she went back to the lab and came back with a "back plastic". I spent 5 min trying to put the plastic back on and realized that the plastic she gave me was not mine. I went back to the counter to question it and she said they may have lost my original plastic in the lab. I asked her why they couldn't have just told me this and she shrudded her shoulders.
They apparently lost my original and did not have a matching size to fix my glasses. It is just shocking that a corporate of this size could conduct business with the lack of integrity, honesty, and business ethics.
