GREAT store as far as items; it's huge, so be sure to ask one of the girls' if you're looking for something in particular as they know right where it is. Was iso of a long dress for a wedding and found a personal shopper! Stacey helped me find it along with the shoes, handbag, and suggestions on hair. She was awesome.

I am sad to say that after more than 5 years of frequent shopping, I can no longer go in this store. I liked it better in it's old space. The staff is beyond rude and unfriendly. The owner Lynn is very sweet, but she needs to get rid of those girls behind the counter. I have had handbags lost, never put out and just really horrible service.

Probably one the best ladies consignment store in the East Bay Area for high-end products like Coach, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, Prada, Juicy Couture, etc carrying clothing, scarves, shoes, shades, jewelry, & perfumes...Labels Boutique in downtown Walnut Creek, Cali

LOCATION: On Main Street btw Cypress & Duncan St; opposite side of Breads of India restaurant. About 1.5-block walking distance away to Broadway Plaza Shopping Center.

CUST SVC: Friendly & polite. Never the image of being snooty, offensive, or defensive. Welcoming to all customers looking to buy or those looking to sell.

STORE: Various items to shop, just have to put on your "patience hat" & see what you can find/afford. Attraction will typically only be for ladies, cross dressers, or trans-gender men...but this is Walnut Creek, not SF so you only see your typical American women in here...I think (hmmmm). Clothes size range from size XS/3 thru XL/14-16. About 4 dressing rooms available w/ a curtain as ur door. Accepts credit cards. I've yet to try & sell anything here, but have seen other ladies come in to sell. Evaluation process is like any other consignment store (ie Crossroads)...depending on brand name (prob #1), season, "life" of used item, & what's on their sales floor now.

MJ's LABELS: I love coming here to scope out their purses honestly! Just a great & CLEAN selection of used stuff. I've made out w/ Coach mini hobo purses for about $50 each & recently an Ed Hardy ladies cap (tiger; no gems) for $25. Most items don't even look used to me in here, & are priced really reasonable for any shopper ;-)

What a great place to go for designer labels for less! Find the perfect pair of shoes or dress for a fraction of the cost. All items are in great shape!

I absolutely love this store! Everything is there - shoes, accessories, coats, party dresses, casual clothes, vintage and jewelry. You can sell items or just purchase and what a selection. You do need to be patient and just relax and enjoy the experience. It is clean and organized and each item actually has a price tag on it. I go at least once a month.

Fantastic store! You'll never want to shop anywhere else once you realize you can get Judith Leiber handbags for $500.00, cashmere sweaters with $250. price tags still on but you only pay $80.00, Donald J. Pliner boots for $125. And let's not forget the jeans for $50.00, the cute tops for $30.00, and the UNBELIEVABLE jewelry cases brimming with phenomenal jewelry. Seriously, you'll love it.

Very nice consignment upscale store, a bit crowded, however, fabulous selection of labeled handbags, and clothing :-)

This consignment store is NOT like your average consignment store. The owner stocks her racks with plenty of "up to date" contemporary peices such as Sevens, juicy, Paper denim, etc and fabulous couture labels like Gucci, Prada LV, Chanel all at at least 50% off.
