Beauty Supply Warehouse

They have recently opened a salon inside the store and the staff is so unprofessional and ghetto. I paid for a weave that got done very poorly and when I complained the ghetto so called stylist , Lee Anda just started screaming at me and refused to accept her mistake. Talk about customer service! Never go there to do your hair. Go to a place called Strands, they are better at everything.

I went to this god awful dirty place meaning to save on a professional hair dye and do it myself since we are in a recession.The problem was that I have never really dyed my own hair so I asked for help from the "beauty consultant" there.I wanted to dye my hair dark brown(semi permanent) and I was confused if I needed anything else to go with it, so the "beauty consultant" told me that I needed a 40 vol developer to go with it.I found out after that 40 vol is to lift your hair and make it lighter and isn't even needed for a semi permanent.I have to wonder if the girl did it on purpose since it really is an African American shop with some white girl products you just have to wonder sometimes especially since I had dark hair in the first place and wanted to go darker.In my opinion the place seems ghetto and unprofessional
