\r\nWe were referred to Paul Davis through our insurance company for a small leak in the roof. I was pleased when they were able to send someone out that day to take a look. That was when things turned. They obviously had not listened to what I said on the phone about our leak. They sent their restoration team out when what we needed was an actual roof inspection because the leak was over our stove - nothing needed fans, paint, etc. \r\n\r\nThe restoration team wasn't sure about when an actual roofer would be able to come out but she said she'd show him the photos and he'd give us a call. Two days went by when I got a call from them saying they'd like to send someone out. When I talked with the woman she wasn't aware that someone had actually already been to the house and that I was waiting for a roofer to come. She said she'd find the pictures that were taken and call me back. Never heard from them again. We were trying to us them, trying to give them business and they couldn't even get it together.\r\n

This company is absolutely terrible. After we had a roofing issue with our home we hired another restoration company to mitigate the damages. After they found mold in the attic it was determined that the ceiling of our home would have to be removed. They bid the job and started work and then the bid jumped $50,000. They were fired and Paul Davis was hired. The issues with them started when the ceiling was replaced and they started painting the interior of the house. Instead of hiring a professional painter the project manager tried to paint after he finished work for the day. He would come at 3:00 PM and paint into the night. A three day paint job turned into three weeks and when we voiced major concerns over the lines and flashing they finally hired a woman to finish the job. As this was going on my husband also voiced concerns over the texture line from the ceiling to the wall. Over and over he told them it didn't match and was unacceptable. Our concerns were ignored for weeks and finally the day we were to move back in they decided to re-texture resulting in the home not being ready to move into and the moving truck having to be turned away. I really could go on and on, but here are a few other issues: \r\n1. When they couldn't paint a straight line we were told that they would have to use crown molding to cover the line from the wall to the ceiling. \r\n2. They punched numerous holes in our cabinetry to get the trim piece to lay down flat. \r\n3. Owner yelled at me in my home and threatened to walk off the job. \r\n4. The home was punched on three different occasions and the items are still not completely resolved.\r\n5. Workers smoked in our home. Cigarette butts were found all over the home. \r\nWe've now been out of our home for three months and were told we would be back in over a month aog. The quality of work from this company is horrible. Supervision of workers is non-existent and deadlines mean nothing. \r\nReally just poor workmanship, laziness, lying, all in all a poorly run franchise. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business.\r\n
