Do not buy or rent at Silver Ridge. Half the owners are elderly and so is the property manager. This company takes photo's of homeowners or tenants personal property and will open their sliding glass doors or peep through the open blinds

I own a condo in a 72 unit HOA and we've had Caron Realty since the community was built in 2001. These guys have been great. Our property always looks good, the bills are paid, our reserves are fantastic and anytime you call them, they answer politely and are always ready to help. If you send them an email, you get a response right away. I've found that they always & I mean always make sure our HOA follows its' covenants and rules. I served on the Board for 3 years and they were so professional. I have friends who live in other HOA's whose management companies do nothing but you won't get that with Caron Realty. They always do more than their contract says and are happy to help homeowners out no matter what. If you want a great management company, then hire them. You will not be sorry!

I live in a 120 unit condo complex that Caron Realty has been managing since it was built in 2003 & they are awesome. They take care of the place, they make sure our reserves are where they are supposed to be. They respond very professionally & quicker than any other company I've ever dealt with. I would recommend that if you want a good management company, hire them. They take care of things & they follow through. Caron Realty is an amazing management company. I have lived in my community for almost 5 years now. They were hired in 2009 and since then our community has never looked better. They have hired quality vendors, they keep up on homeowners who don't follow the rules, they keep our community in compliance with all the laws that keep changing. They are always available to assist homeowners with anything they need. They know more about our community then any other management company has in the past. If you want a great company, you need to hire them. They will take care of you!

I see negative remarks on their company that are over a year old. If you really read those comments, you will see that they are homeowners who don't understand how an HOA runs. They want to blame the management company for doing their job. If homeowners would take pride in their community & responsibility for their own actions, they wouldn't always place blame on the one group who really cares & does their job in a professional manner.

I live in a condo where Caron Realty manages. They have been our management company for the last 7 years and they are the best! They follow up on items, our community looks awesome, they make sure our bills are paid, our reserves are where they are supposed to be and they run all our meetings with the utmost professionalism. If you are looking for a great management company, you have to hire them!

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with Caron Realty. They have managed the HOA where I live for close to 15 years. The are very responsive to homeonwer requests and always do their best to keep homeowners informed. By reading comments below, obviously those people did not receive the answers they felt they should, but this does not mean that Caron has not listened to them. Caron is bound by the covenants and bylaws for every community they manage and in my experience I have found that they always do what is necessary to keep our community in line with current laws and keep property values up. To the few of you who think they are doing a bad job, obviously you are those who don't understand procedures that must be followed. I have recommended them to many of my friends who live in other communities and Caron has been hired and they are very happy. If you look at their rating on the BBB, they have an A+ rating which obviously means they are doing something right. To write false claims about them is downright appalling.

Keep the management company. Fire the neighbors. Caron Realty does a decent, honest job and they put up with an ungodly amount of abuse from a handful of malcontents. Remove the neighbors who endlessly complain, whine, lie, and disrupt at every board meeting -- then more owners would come to the meetings and not be afraid to be a target for all the hostility they get for volunteering to serve on the board.

I am appalled by the comments being made by some of you. Caron Realty has been our management company for over 10 years and they handle issues and problems in a timely manner. They manage many communities around Denver and have an excellent rating with the BBB. I know, we checked before hiring them. I have served on the Board of my community and understand the frustrations that Caron Realty experiences. Homeowners call them, are rude & beligerant, cuss them out & make threats to them. What did your parents teach you! You treat people like that & expect them to just sit back & take it. I bet none of you would put up with that, would you? Homeowners who don't want to pay their dues, homeowners who don't follow the covenants, homeowners who expect them to drop everything just for them are the ones who complain. What you don't realize is that Caron Realty doesn't work exclusively for you & if you think they do, get a grip on reality. If you want to be a part of your community, quit the constant complaining & get on your Board. Caron Realty doesn't get paid a percentage of what is collected, I know for a fact that they get paid a flat rate based on the number of units. They put in countless hours for every community they manage and to say they don't care about "you" is ridiculous. Get over it. They are a great company & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a management company.

Since I have asked them to trim trees hitting the condo, and roof. They said they trim twice a year; well they have not been there since I have owned the place!
They have un-accounted for items on there list that they do not take care of and never have.
And finally they are using my power outlets for their workers microwaves, tools, etc. as well as
MY FRONT PORCH as a meeting / gathering area and pick nic area!
So, why do they say yes and never produce.
Lack of respect for residence!
Poor property management.
And continually raise fees & costs but, do nothing in return?!!?!

We had a flood at our condo from the outside and contacted our HOA-CR. It has taken them a month to fix the inside of the room that was flooded. We have been pushed around from day one and when you call to complain or get answers they blame you. I have never been treated so crappy from any company the way that they have treated us. At first we thought we would be treated great but it has gone straight down hill. We pay for all the amenities but don??t receive them. Snow removal does not happen and maintenance is terrible.
