I wanted to replace my 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS( I miss it) with a newish Kia Forte Koup, Shannon was so great to work with! I really felt like a person and not a "sale". This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed to purchase the new car which was so refreshing and something I had not experienced in the past.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I recommend the dealership and especially Shannon!
Kristy is also very nice and laid back, she was also much help too!

I actually just recommended him/dealer to my best friend that she thinking about trading in her car for a new Kia, so I will spend another day hanging with the Peak Kia crew!!

I had seen a TV commercial where they advertised a leasing deal of the KIA Soul. I decided to go ask how the deal works without the intention of leaving with a car. After arriving to the dealership I explained to Shannon that my reason to be there was mainly to get information on the car. I received a great customer service from Shannon during the whole time I was at the dealership, and best of all no hard sale or pressure from him for me to drive out with a car. After explaining to Shannon what my conditions were if I were going to get a new car he work with me until we reach an agreement that was satisfactory to me and to the dealership. After just a few minutes of negotiation we reached an agreement and the completion of all the paperwork to lease the car was faster than I expected. Overall, I am pleased to have visited Peak Kia today and happy with the new car.

I honestly was not going to buy a new car today as I already had the Kia Optima 2011. Just stopped by Peak Kia by chance to look and see what all the fuss was about with the new 2013 Optima. Once I saw all the bells and whistles it came with I suddenly didn't want to go home in my 2011. No I'm not spoiled just blessed! :) Lalo, Shannon, Nick & Corey were an absolute dream to work with. Not only were each of them completely knowledgeable and professional but they treated me as if I was family. They showered my son with popcorn, cookies & gum. I can't wait to tell everyone about my ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS experience!!! I would recommend Peak Kia 110%, not only because Kia is amazing and continuously making their vehicles more and more inviting but then throw in AMAZING customer service and you won't be disappointed. Andy was very knowledgeable about the Optimas we were interested in and knew virtually everything there was to know about the car. Really enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new car. I have been shopping for a few weeks and have not had much luck finding a dealer willing to work with me, so when a friend suggested I go see John Call at Peak Kia I figured I'd get the same old run around. Not the case with John, he worked hard to get me a deal I could live with. He even went out of state to get the car I wanted. Talk about service!! If you need a car, go see John!! I'm glad I did.

After a divorce and BK my credit took major hits and I was worried about getting financed. But, I was very pleased with the special finance Dept. and Wade the finance manager that helped me... I did the online application and they contacted me a day or so later with approval. I went in and test drove and the whole buying process was so quick and easy! I've recently had horrible experiences while shopping for a new car however all the anger and frustration I felt flew out the door after visiting Peak Kia. I came not expecting much and was greeted by a salesman named Nick Wehrer; he was professional, knowledgable and best off all not pushy. He answered all my questions about the new Kia Sorentos. Even after test driving I never felt pressured to buy, I actually felt more comfortable with the large purchase. The whole experience was hassle-free. SUPER experience. Car buying always gives me panic attacks and I do not look forward to it no matter how bad I want a new car. Here at Peak Kia it was practically painless. I came into Peak Kia on the 27th of october and bought a 2010 Kia Forte. I had bin to several diffrent car dealerships trying to buy a car nothing I saw fit into my budget and no one seemed too willing to work with me on the payments that I wanted. So I came to Peak Kia and John G. sold me a Kia Forte I love the car its a great fit for what I needed and what I could afford. I don't have the best of credit but they worked with me and gave me some great insentives to buy the car. The add-on are great too the bluetooth and satlite radio are awesome! I love my new car and am glad I choose to buy my new car at Peak Kia.

These guys are awesome! I have been to many other car dealers where the sales guys really pressure you into something you don't want, BUT these guys at Peak Kia are totally different.
There are actually like real guys. Friendly, helpful and absolutely NO pressure! It took me several trips of going back and forth and shopping around before I bought. And now I've bought 2 new Kia's from Peak. I also bought the maintenance plan-and that's the best deal out there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEAK KIA.

I bought a brand new 2011 Kia Sorento from Peak Kia in August 2010. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I shopped around on the internet for several months and Peak Kia gave me the best price(and I got prices from several Kia dealerships) From the very beginning they were very knowledgable and professional, from the salesman to the managers and the finance guy. I was in and out of there in less than an hour( I did my research and knew what I wanted). I LOVE MY NEW SORENTO FROM PEAK KIA!!!!!!

I purchased a brand new s.u.v. (less than 50 miles) in March 2010, as of May 2010 the car is still not fixed. It sways heavily to the right and the vechicle has been in NUMEROUS times for repairs and each time the rude, insolent salesman and service people tell me its fixed. Don't by a car from here, the absolute worst experience from the beginning. Nothing but lies and excuses from all staff there. Buyer BEWARE!!! Worst thing, the owner is just as rude and insolent!!

My credit's not the best. None the less, I was in-and-out of Peak Kia in a matter of a couple of hours and the whole experience was pretty painless. Christy showed me several cars I could qualify for and I was able to choose something I wanted to drive rather than something I could make the payments on. I really like the car, so does my wife. My husband and I drove all of the way from Colorado Springs to look at a 2007 Altima 3.5 that was a really good deal. We took both of our children, so the salesman let us take it for the testdrive without him. We made it about a block before the car began sputtering and stalling out. We also noticed a burning smell. I contacted the dealership to let them know they might need to pick us up because the car was breaking down. We made it back to the dealership and I turned the keys into the salesman and let him know we would not be buying any vehicles from them. I told him that the dealership should have the car looked at as it had obviously not been inspected prior to being put on the lot. The salesman got in the car and backed it right back into it's sale spot on the lot. Beware of this dealership, they will sell anything. This vehicle is still on the lot. Dont believe me, test drive this vehicle for yourself and you will see. 2007 Altima 3.5 going for almost 14,000. You are all capable of deciding for yourself if this dealership is legit or not.

We bought a Sportage new in early 2008. My wife uses it primarily for work between Ft.Collins and Cheyenne and it has driven it nearly 50,000 miles to date. We have a maintenance service contract we purchased with the vehicle as well and have all our service and repairs made at the dealership. In the time we've owned our KIA we've received a very professional experience from purchase to service every time - hassle free and pleasant. I find it very easy to make service appointments using the computer on the website, however, it's not without a glitch from time to time (nothing that planning and a simple phone call can't fix, though). After going to several dealerships it was clear to me that my car buying experience was going to be yet again the worst thing in my life. Lies, games, no fun. When I walked into Peak Kia I was on my last straw all I wanted was, to buy and be taught the new sorento. Chris said hello to us when we walked in. He listened to us, and taught us everything we wanted to know. He gave us a price (lowest we heard) right away and it blew us away it didn't change. I was referred to Peak Kia by a friend who had a good experience. I wish I could say the same.
It has been a nightmare.
I bought a new Kia Sorento only to find out in ""Finance"" that it was used (33170) miles. It had been used by the OWNER, and this had not been disclosed to me...even in Finance where I had to ask.
It was the only one in the color, so we made a small adjustment in the price...which the sales manager, Brian Overton, added back in, in the form of shipping and handling charges (which were supposed to be in the original sticker price.
After diving home, the next morning, I couldn't get into the car. It was dead. I called Kia em service and had it jumped , and took ti to the dealer where he put a new battery in at no charge.
A couple of days later, I went out to the car...DEAD again. So I had it towed to Peak, where the service manager said there was nothing wrong except the new battery was dead. (I do not use the auto light function which could drain the battery). Yesterday, I went to the car. and you guessed it. DEAD AGAIN. I am currently waiting for the tow truck to take again to Peak service.
One more of these episodes, I I will be invoking the Colorado Lemon Law.
I wonder why the OWNER sent this car back to the line.
Peak Kea denies any previous problem with the car.
This is a car for my wife...in the mountains. She aid for and deserves a properly functioning car. Thats not what we have now. Watch out!!!

The Used Car Manager at Peak KIA verbally assaulted my husband and I while buying a car from Peak Kia. This man should not be allowed to be in the industry and should never have crossed the line that he did with a customer. We were a relatively no hassle customer buying a car that we already knew we wanted, getting our own financing and wrapping up within a day or so this should never have happened. We have bought 5 cars within the last 5 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. I would not recommend using this dealership for anything!

I called Peak twice to confirm a price that was listed in the paper. Both times I was told that I had the price correct. I drove all the way down there only to be told that there was only 1 car at that price and that it had just been sold (on a Friday night no less-- clearly this was a lie). The sales guy, Paul Beaty, was unapologetic about lying to me. He was extremely rude and flat out told me this bait and switch was a tactic they used to lure in buyers. I will never by from Peak Kia or their affiliates, and I will probably never buy a Kia since they let their dealers act so unethically. You are guaranteed to be ripped off if you dare trust these jerks.

Cons: Rude, lying salespeople, very unethical, stay away!
