.

I have been riding large street bikes for over 30 years, so I've dealt with a LOT
of motorcycle dealers; Harley, Suzuki, Yamaha and now Kawasaki.

That being said,my brother and I have never been treated better by a shop
than by MOTOADVENTURE KAWASAKI.

We took his Vulcan 1500 in the same day he called them to check out a
disconcerting vibration when he leaned to the left. Their technician was
leaving for Sturgis the next day and would be gone for a week. They told him
to come on over. They checked the bike, tightened/lubed the steering assembly
and deduced that the back tire could be the problem, but was not a danger to
ride.

(By the way, my brother had only been in this shop one other time,
so we aren't repeat customers, but we are now. They had treated him very
well that time, too. But I had to write about this particular experience, since
I was there.)

They took over an hour on this bike and REFUSED to let my brother PAY
anything, saying they really hadn't done much to it.

Remember this is a DEALER! I have never experienced a dealer with
this level of customer service, courtesy and ethics, EVER. Not that all
dealers are shoddy, but these guys, at least BRUCE, go above and
beyond.

With this level of service they just made my brother and I customers for the life of the shop.

To say the least we'll be going back for the 15K tuneup/maintenance and
the next time I buy another street bike I'll have to buy a Kawasaki.

KUDOS to BRUCE and the CREW at MOTOADVENTURE KAWASAKI
POLARIS!

They are set back off the frontage road to the west north of the Outlets/Hooters
on I-25 north of Loveland and south of Fort Collins.
By the way these guys beat the local Kawasaki shops in Fort Collins
hands down on courtesy, customer service and motorcycle service/repair.

Man or Woman rider GO TO MOTOADVENTURE this is a great shop
crew with excellent customer service. It's a clean organized shop with new
and pre-owned bikes, side-by-sides, riding gear, etc.

We will gladly ride from Fort Collins down to the I-25 and Crossroads BLVD
area for motorcycle repair and gear.

They are set back off the Frontage road west of I-25 and my brother had a
difficult time finding them the first time he came down, so here are some written
and hopefully practical directions coming from Ft. Collins and Loveland area.

Directions coming from Fort Collins take the Windsor exit off I-25 take a right
at the end of the exit ramp at the light.

Then take a left at the next light for the Frontage road and head south toward
Loveland. Just North of the Ft. Collins/Loveland airport look for Rockwell Ave and take it.

They will be set back off the Frontage road a few yards on your left on Byrd Dr.
in a light colored building with large red letters saying KAWASAKI.

Directions coming from Loveland:

Take I-25 north and take the Crossroads exit and at the end of the ramp
go left ( there may be a round about there, so obviously you'll go around
it and head west toward the mountains.)

Head west on Crossroads and then take a right onto Byrd Drive at the light
west of Hooters take that north and curve around follow it until you're parallel
to I-25 then watch for the Loveland/Fort Collins Airport signs and take a left
onto Earhart Road then (oddly and this is where my brother got confused)
take a right onto Byrd Drive heading north and they are near the very north end
of the road.

It's easy jus to google map it or map quest it, but my brother didn't have internet
at his new place yet and got turned around. He called them three times on the way down on a hot windy day, so I thought I'd offer some written directions to make
certain folks can find this Great Shop and Crew.

Thanks again, Bruce. We'll be back.

Chris in sales has been very helpful, and the service staff has even stayed after closing to mount new tires on my rims. This shop is my motorcycle home, I'll go no where else for products and service for my 3 bikes, period.

After moving to Ft Collins Colorado, I was looking for a Motorcycle shop that i could relate to the people that worked there. After failing at some of the shops in Ft Collins, I stumbled apon MotoAdventure in Loveland right along I-25. I went in and talked to the guys that worked there. They were all very straight forward and honest with me through the entire process. after several visits i decided that i would buy 2 Kawasaki Nomads from them. One for me and one for my wife. These guys are great!!! i reccomend them to all family and friends.
