Lou Sears is a great guy and was more than helpful with my purchase. He did everything he could to help me find the Audi I wanted. I'm also very pleased with their customer service. Kevin (the owner) and Ray (in the shop) took care of everything I needed. Highly recommended.

Flaky. They will make promises to fix things, but even given over a week, they will not do so. Liers. If you point out a problem they will say that is how it is supposed to work. Chop shop. They can't fix anything and they over charge. Advice...stay away.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle in July and we were lied to about the condition. The VTM-4 light on the dash was on and they told us that it comes on when the all wheel drive system is engaging, and that it does not indicate a mechanical issue. NOT TRUE. The all wheel drive system wont even turn on because the vehicle needs a new transmission! They refuse to repair it and wont give us any of the service records from the numerous times they had it in their shop. We have hired an attorney and filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's office, and the Motor Vehicles Division. They intentionally misrepresented our vehicle. Save your time and your money!

I too would rate this zero stars if it was an option. Flat out, bold face fraud. These people stole from me. They attempt to cut corners at every opportunity. Stay away from this outfit. You will get burned.

I recieved the best help when I went here. Everyone was very friendly and quick to help you with what you wanted. They will find any car you want if they dont have it. I was looking for a Nissan Xterra and they not only had it in stock, but they had two to choose from! If i ever need another car I am definately coming back here!

I've been looking for the right Xterra for a very long time and when I found the Supercharged black beauty I've always wanted at The Sharpest Rides, you bet I rolled into Englewood to have a look.
My overall experience was great. The salesperson I worked with was a bit pushy and seemed a bit bummed when I didn't take the extended warranty (Nissans Don't Need em) but overall it was good and I got the car I've wanted for a long time.
Fishing, Camping, Good times, here I come!

Great experience. No B.S, nice people, taken care of and an overall good car buying experience.
I picked up a Volvo SUV, ran well, looked nice and turned out to be a great family car with very little maintenance required.

My wife and I went to The Sharpest Rides on a personal recommendation from one of their earlier on clients and I must say - I am a bit surprised by a few of the negative comments.
When we first visited the lot we were greeted by non-pushy sales people who were more than willing to help assist us find a newer used car for our growing family.
While I was chatting with my salesman the owner walked by and introduced himself to me.
If you're looking for a great looking car for a good price then you'll want to check out The Sharpest Rides.
Take it from a real customer, not someone who is ranting or had an issue that was never brought up to management. These guys are seriously awesome and a great business.

if there was zero stars I would totally give them a zero!! the sales people are rude and don't care at all about the customer. The so called financial manager began to tell us we needed 75% on a car.....seriously this is the worst CAR LOT i have EVER BEEN TOO. I would never recommend even my dog going to go pee on their lawn. Seriously don't waste your time or gas!! I also agree with the others that all the good reviews on here were written by the employees of sharpest rides to make up for the all the terrible ones written by REAL CUSTOMERS. There is no positive "feeling" that is supported by the whole "staff". They are the worst staff I have met at a car dealership. People don't deserve to get treated like crap and this place will for sure.

to update my situation with Sharpest Rides, I will tell you all that Julian, whom I liked very much, made right on everything with our dealings. It is of my opinion that he was pressured by other people above him to go outside of his regular mannor of dealings, because he is a stand up and kind individual person that I at first thought him to be. My car is great and running well, they made the effort and it is well appreciated. thank you Julian, I appreciate everything and the dealings with our miscommunications.
Julian who I dealt with is very nice when you first meet him but he is a very illegitimate businessman and I would NEVER recommend this place to buy a car. They are snakes and have no interest in the buyer, only money. great place to buy a car if you want to be rushed into making an uneducated decision and blindly buy something on the spot though!

I purchased an Audi A8L from these guys that is a great car. I can identify a bad car or something that is being covered up and that was not a problem. The real PROBLEM is the STAFF. I was promised (in writing) that I would receive all the owners manuals and maintenance guide as soon as they could order one. Now, after 50 plus phone calls to my "salesman" Lanny and e-mails and voicemails to the owner Kevin Sharp, I still in six months have not received anything but lies and excuses. If you plan to purchase from these people, make absolute sure you get everything before you give any money or you may never see your promised item.

Ridiculous is the first word that comes to mind when I think about this place.
My best friend was int he market for a newer car, and specifically a Volvo. We decided to go look at what the Sharpest Rides, had to offer.
She found a newer Volvo that more or less was what she was looking for. Upon the test drive, she pulled over to let me drive. She thought something was wrong with the car but could not figure out what. It was the transmission, and when I looked at the information display it had a fault with the awd system, which was followed up by one a large thunk when the car went to shift from 2-3.
My friend obviously decided the car wasn't for her, we advised the sales person of the issue and tried to blame her!
A little annoyed, my friend decided to look at a 05 Mercedes they had, with under 70k on the car. Five minutes into the test drive, the powersteering completely went out, and we barely managed to get back to the dealership with their POS car.
I would recommend looking for your "sharp" car elsewhere. This place is a joke. Knowing the car business and what cars go for at auctions, the prices are well over what they are owned for. 2005 Audi a4 for 14k with 80k on the odometer? My knowledge tells me they paid around 6-7k for that car at auction.
My advice, the cars may look great, but take your money elsewhere, they buy what are referred to in the car industry as "dressed up w**es"

UPDATE: Kevin (Owner) and the rest of the staff at The Sharpest Rides did a fantastic job at addressing my issues and ensuring I was taken care of. If you've had problems be sure talk to a manager about it. I did, and they bent over backward for me. Highly recommended.

I am a single mother of 2 small children on a very tight budget,desperately needing a car. I found what I was looking for atThe Sharpest Rides. A good looking safe vehicle. I purchased it the middle of Oct 2010 but I couldn't afford to purchase a warranty.. About 3 weeks after the purchase my check engine light came on, I called Louis who had been my salesman and we made arrangements for me to bring my volvo in and have the service dept look at it. The EGR valve needed to be replaced, knowing my situation they fixed at no cost to me. I can't thank them enough.My car is running great! The Customer Service I received before during and after the sale was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a used car. Here at The Sharpest Rides we do everything in our power to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, that's why we have such a high rating by the Better Business Bureau A" on a scale from A to F. every customer gets the opportunity to inspect our vehicles before they make a decision, if they see something that they are not satisfied with and we can do something to make it better we will do it and put it in writing. Please keep in mind that we sell used vehicles and normal Wear and tear is something that we have no control over, this is something that occurs naturally and inevitably as a result of normal use and aging.

Horrible experience, I am not sure where to begin. I thought I got a good deal but a month or so later, my vehicle broke down and cost me over $3500 in repairs. Avoid this place if you can.

I had a problem with a car purchased at The Sharpest Rides and was having trouble with my sales rep. The owner eventually spoke with me personally and did everything in his power to make it right, and then some. Kevin has since fired the sales rep, and more than made me happy. Thanks for the help guys, I'll be back!

I purchased a sharp looking car from this place and not 100 feet from leaving the door the check engine light went on.
The car has been back 7 times and it seems to get worse and worse. The transmission is now having problems along with the breaks and various other vital components.
The people who work there are nice by flaky. I was told I would be let out of the car on multiple occasions and now nothing. I was promised call backs dozens of times which didn't happen.
Most of the cars look pretty good but unfortunately I can't say the same about their mechanical condition.
As much as I'd like to think these guys have good intentions I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

I purchased a 2008 scallade from the sharpest rides. Kovy was the best sales man ever, he made it all look so easy... answer all of my questions with the true no lies like the other dealerships do... THANKS kovy !!!
Julian made the car buying process fast and easy. He had the truck we wanted out for us when we go there. He was very friendly and not a high pressure salesman.
If you are in the market, and want a genuine, honest, and no-pressure sales professional, go to The Sharpest Rides and ask for Kovy. Settle for no substitute - ask for Kovy. I worked w/ Kovy for about 1 month looking for the right vehicle that would fit my budget and one that was dependable & safe. Kovy was always very patient, and let me take cars for a drive alone, and would always follow up w/ a phone call when I needed to talk to him. It was really a pleasure working w/ him. I couldn't recommend him more to you. If and when I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, I can only hope that Kovy is still in the business!
After eight years of owning BMWs, I decided to switch to an Infiniti. Unfortunately I couldn't afford to buy it new, that's when I found the sharpest rides, it was hands down, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. The price was very fair, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly--and best of all, there weren't any games being played. First I went to Rocky's Auto based on their tricky advertising when a friend told me about The Sharpest Rides. I ended up buying a very nice Lexus IS300 from The Sharpest Rides and to date love it! Runs great, the staff is very friendly and an overall great buying experience!

Seriously - Love it! I bought a 07 Volvo S60 R and to date love it to death. Fast, clean and a blast to drive. Not to mention my kid thinks he's pretty cool ridding in it!

My salesman was great, the Finance Director was exceptional and the owner even made sure that I went away happy. To date I've had no problems with the car besides some smaller issues which the dealer had no problems fixing.

I threw these guys under the bus before. I was having some serious issues with a car I purchased from these guys so I finally made my way up to a DM.
These guys went well beyond the call of duty to ensure I was taken care of. I would be willing to guarantee that no other dealer in Colorado would have done what these guys did.
They got me into a new car, a pretty sweet Tuck at that, added a Waranty and got me on my way.
