What a great group of guys. Our salesman Nate, was on the ball. He went over the vehicle, explained all the features and let us have a very nice extended test drive on our own. We had been shopping at new car dealers and this was by far the best and most professional/fun experience we had. We dealt with Nate from beginning to end (there was none of this back and forth) and when we had a question he couldn't answer he didn't go into some back room to discuss it privately; he had the owner (I think) come over and they discussed the issue in front of us which was nice. Overall great experience. Very easy to work with! I highly recommend them. Oh and in the 8 vehicles I've bought from dealers I've never once received a "Thank You" letter until now!

I have been to numerous car dealerships in the state of Colorado and none of them can compare to royal automotive. The best customer service. Jay was on top of everything. He didn??t bull shit around , was very straight forward on every car I was interested in. I have purchased two vehicles from them just in this years and i love to say im very pleased.
