I have taken both of my kids to Portrait Innovations since they were born. Yes they get pretty busy but what do you expect. I have had wonderful experiences with Sean especially. He is amazing with little ones. I have some of the best photos and when people see their pictures they always ask "where did you go?" I think they are a great service and value. I have no problem at all reccommeding Portrait Innovations anytime!

I went in on Saturday to have my son's photo taken. The two "boys" at the front desk were so rude we ended up walking out before even having photos taken. Cody and Isaac were clearly not interested in working that day. These people really try hard to deter you from making an appointment if you tell them up front that you ony want the $9.95 package. The economy is bad - if I only want a $9.95 package, you should still give me good customer service. Walmart in lone tree no longer has a portrait studio so you guys are the only ones left. I'd think you'd be happy to have my business as photos are not a necessity but a luxury. I want a photo of my son at age 7. That's your business - it's your job to provide the service even if it's only the "cheap" package. I have read several reviews that your employees have written that say you all work 10 hour days and it's corporate policy that you have to sell big packages or lose your job. If you all only push the big packages and are rude on purpose to people who only want the $9.95 package - why even offer it at all? Only offer the big packages and then your employees and customers will be on the same page as far as what to expect. But when you offer $9.95 packages and I tell you up front that's what I want, give it to me with a smile. Don't waste my time and yours by forcing us to sit through 30 background and pose changes and keep us there for the full hour and a half. Just do it quick and let me take my photos and go home. Maybe at Christmas I will come back with the whole family and spend $500. You treat people poorly and you will go out of business. It's simple.
