Sunrise Chinese Restaurant

This dollar-a-scoop chinese restaurant is just south of Stapleton on Colfax between Alton and Beeler. If you're short on time and money, this is defintitely the place to go. You can get mounds of lo mein, fried rice, sesame chicken, beef with broccoli, etc., for very little cash. I usually get the food to go, but I've also eaten in the fast-food-style dining room. There are often specials such as grilled fish, which I have not tried. The staff do not speak much English, so I'm not sure if any of the choices are truly vegetarian. Tip: If you want wontons or egg rolls, ask for them to be kept separate, not packaged with the other food.
