After building my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek on Edmund's, I requested a price quote. Paul Solko provided the quote and arranged for a test drive, graciously accommodating my busy schedule. There was almost no wasted time. His first offer turned out to be the most competitive one we found. in addition, the finance department quickly provided us with what we needed, and did not waste tome trying to sell me un-needed or un-wanted services. I usually deal directly with sales managers when I buy new vehicles, but Paul's service has caused me to reconsider. Great job!

Having made a cross country move, and dealing with a death in the family one might not think it time to purchase a new car, but I was tired of renting and decided that I wanted to buy a Subaru. The experience could not have been better. Andrew Wall patiently explained our options, gave us honest feedback and made the whole transaction easy. He has followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that everything is going well. I also must say that Shea in Finance was an angel. She sorted through the financial information and made the purchase completely painless. I cannot recommend Flatirons Subaru enough. You will not regret going there.

I walked in to Flatirons Subaru service department without an appointment on a cold morning in December and there I was greeted with the warmest smile by Mathias Horchreder. Instead of telling me to come back with an appointment some other time, Mathias volunteered to squeeze in my Subaru Impreza into his busy schedule for a service. Within less than two hours, I was ready to leave the waiting area, filled with a pleasant smell of popcorn, very impressed. I felt like Mathias cares about his customer like friends or family not just as customers. I was confident that he will take good care of my Impreza as long as I'm his customer. I'll be going back to Flatirons Subaru for a long time for his service!

I worked with Judd Topping at this dealership, and the experience was amazing. Everything was taken care of by email so by the time I made it all the way to the flatirons lot, all I had to do was inspect the car and sign the papers. It was worth the hour drive each way when the dealerships in Denver fell short. I dealt with Bruce Hunter during the buying process. I worked with Paul Solko, buying a new Suburu Forester through my company's car buy buying program, and we got exactly the car we wanted, with the options we wanted (and no others), and didn't feel like we got totally taken to the cleaners on the trade in. When it comes time to buy my next car, I'll probably go back to Paul and this dealership.

Thanks to Jeremy Pilon, Internet Sales Manager at Flatirons Subaru. this was by far the fastest and easiest new car buying experience we have ever had. Everything was done online and email and when the car was ready, we went into the dealership, signed the paperwork and Jeremy handed our new Subaru Forester to us and we were on our way. Me: first time car buyer, looking for a good deal on a nice, used Subaru, and stumbled across Flatirons and it was the best "find" I've ever had! I worked with Bill Kidd, who was very nice, understanding and knowledgeable. He never talked down to me and was willing to work with me to make sure I was totally comfortable with the whole process. I felt no pressure at any time in the whole car buying experience. I told him what I was looking for in a car and the price range I was willing to pay, and he got me outta there with exactly what I wanted. Granted, I think I definitely was in the right place at the right time, as they had just gotten in a real nice 2007 Outback with barely any miles on it the day before so since they hadn't even listed it yet and with it being the last day of the month, they were able to make me a deal I just couldn't refuse! I mean it was a steal. I was looking at other lower trim level Outbacks with twice as many miles on them for a couple grand more than what they were able to let this one go at! So, if you can't tell I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend buying a new or used car from Flatirons to anyone.

We've been taking our 2006 Forester to Flatirons for service since we bought new. We've always been well taken care of by their friendly staff. Jessica Everett in particular has been very helpful and makes sure we get what we need when we need it. We live an hour away in the mountains, but it's worth the drive for service you can trust.

Buying a new car is big deal. So I researched it, I checked out every dealer in my area for my Subaru, even considered the cost to get one (cheaper) where my family lives (Subaru not being in high demand with no snow) and drive it back. I am SO glad I went out of my way to check out Flatirons. I consider myself VERY lucky to have run into Xavier Gronros the day I went.

At other dealers I was lied to, extra fees and 'options' added that were supposedly not optional, treated like I didn't know anything about cars, even ignored and getting calls on MY phone to talk to my husband about MY new car.

Flatirons was a wonderful experience. Their starting price matched my estimates and was well below my expectations. Xavier talked to me about what I was looking for and why I wanted various features. He found the best option to meet my requirements and worked to keep the price where I wanted it. He even managed to find a version in the rare color I wanted so I could at least see it once in person, where other dealers had sworn I couldn't even look at it if it was bought, which they only got my color if it was bought.

I really appreciated Xavier Gronros going through to the extra effort to be sure the car was ready when I could come out to pick it up, even though he was not able to be at the office. The other staff I met that day were equally polite, no-nonsense, and quite nice.

The girl who works the front desk is really cute too. You should at least go take a gander at her, then test drive the CVT. I love it.

Had already done lots of research in advance, but Bill Kidd at Flatirons Subaru made buying my first Subaru a pleasant, satisfying experience. I love my new Outback!! I decided to check out Flatiron's Subaru 9/19 in order to possibly test drive a 2011 Impreza wrx. After having a less than steller experience at Valley Subaru in Longmont, I decided I would try a bigger seemingly better dealership.

Let me preface this second part with stating, I am a younger female in college, with this being said I went in looking for someone to help me more than the Longmont dealership had. I looked at the inventory and asked to speak to a sales rep (which, shall I say, I dont typically do typically I hate asking for the sales reps). The lady Arlene Ott was the first sales associate to help me. I introduced myself and didnt know her name until we were saying goodbyes, which she had already forgotten my name by that time. To say she was rather unhelpful would be an understatement. I corrected her on cars she had on her lot, and she didnt quite know her selection. She then pretty much stated I couldn't afford the car I was looking at and I should look at older cars. This frustrated me and I planned on not returning.

However, when my mom wanted me to test drive a new car she said lets go to Flatirons, after telling her my previous experience, she was a little sour at the idea of going back and was willing to give the lady a piece of her mind. We got there and immedately was greeted by Xavier Gronros(Garmito as his card says) (this was nice because I didnt have to search for help) we explained the prior situation to him and he was egar to change our experience around. After walking though the cars he had in stock, we took the older 2006 for a spin. I loved the car but still kind of wanted to go with a new one. He was more than helpful pulling up the inventory of surrounding dealerships in order to find exactly what I wanted. He never once tried to pressure me into purchasing, and at the end of the night after working with him for over 2 hours I decided to reserve the new wrx that is coming in.

Honestly, my intentions entering the dealership this afternoon were to test drive a new one and buy elsewhere. However, after Xavier's excellent help I refuse to go elsewhere. Arlene lost a sale and almost lost a buyer thankfully Xavier was so helpful, he treated me like an equal and I reccomend if you go there ask for him. He wont steer you in the wrong direction!

I've purchased a few Subarus from Flatirons over the years and have had good experiences each time, but none were as great as our last with Xavier. His no-pressure straight-talk approach was in tune with us as buyers and quite refreshing. We'll be looking for him the in the next few months to replace our 05 Outback.
