I have been a devoted follower of Murat Tercan for over five years. I gladly trekked to every salon he worked for in Colorado and I refused to let him moving to anywhere stop me. Murat has more insight and skill that he exerts on his clients than anyone I have ever seen. He takes pride in making his clients look their best, and I would never consider trusting my hair to anyone else. Traveling to Loveland from Denver is more than worth the time, effort, and drive to have my hair done by the best and most capable stylist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I've been looking to cut my long, thick hair for a while, and have been to several salons in Loveland that were just ok. I looked around and came across Enchante Salon.So I decided to give it a try last weekend not knowing what to expect. Well, it is truly one of the best salon in Northern Colorado. The staff was cool, laid back and very attentive. No fake names, no funky outfits, no ridiculous prices and no drama...just real people that know what they're doing. Susana was the person that cut a lot of my hair off , and I didn't cry! I haven't felt this happy long time. Looking forward to getting my hair colored by Susana (hear she's the best) and getting my best hair cut again...

I went to Enchante Salon today for the first time with my son, and I am thrilled with the results! I made an appointment with Murat for myself and my son went to the stylist Susana for a cut. He took me on time, and took his time making me feel comfortable, letting me be in charge of my cut. Unusual, but great! The people were lining up to see them, and were patiently waiting while these two talented people worked on us. I feel so special and so beautiful, I can't wait to go back for color! And my son's hair looks great too! Thanks Murat and Susana for taking such good care of us! You have clients for life!

Terrible salon....Murat(OWNER/STYLIST) is a CRAZED LUNITIC!
He did an okay job with my hair....but having to put up with him constantly talking about HIS Many FIne Qualities and trying to get me to buy products and services...i was exhausted.
This salon does get some negative reviews, BUT beware I feel that the staff is writing most of the positive reviews!
I felt the salon had a very negative energy between Murat (owner) and the other employees...they were very kind and pleasant, but Murat is TOO over-powering and actually turns away business...at least mine.
Have plans to NEVER RETURN!

I moved to Colorado two years ago and literally stumbled into Enchante Salon by chance. I had previously had a really fantastic hairdresser in London .So I was used to a high standard of cut. Needless to say, Murat more than met that standard: with flair, creativity and a sixth sense for figuring out what their customers need.
That said, what I really like about the place is how laid back it is. It's essentially a neighborhood place,few neighborhood dogs who come to visit from time to time. The more pretentious Loveland salons are all hype: you end up overpaying for mediocre cuts. This place is the opposite:very trendy and relaxing.
Enchante my favorite place to go now!

Magnificent Color and Cut - I highly recommend Karley. I had never been to this salon before, I loved how Karley listened to what I wanted done to my hair. She asked what I liked and disliked about my current color and style and then we brainstormed and she suggested some colors to put in but ultimately she let me pick the color I wanted in my hair. Karley has a super attitude and makes you feel welcome to the salon. In the end, I was very happy with my color and style that I received from Karley. I would recommend her to anyone. The salon, you can sense and pick up some type of attitude in the salon. I believe the owner can treat his staff much better than he does. I have commented to Murat that Karley does wonderful work everytime I have been in the salon. I do think that he is the type of person that is in it for the money and doesn't care about his clients.
It was spendy but Karley did alot of work and the price is well worth the outcome of my services.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time! When I first came to Murat, my hair was a total mess! I went to other salons to go blonde and they really messed up my hair. Murat fixed it in early June and I have been going to him ever since. First, he is amazingly experienced and is careful. As in ... I went from dark dark brown to blond and he manages to keep my hair in great shape. Second, he always makes sure that I look natural. No one can tell that I am not a natural blonde. They are always surprised when I say I have dark brown hair. He is great ... and I really owe him everything when it comes to my fab blonde. I love it! and I am definitely sticking with it.

I have very fine hair, and had a stylist in a big city for years who understood my hair, the shape of my face, what I wanted. Looking for a new stylist was traumatic when I moved to Northern Colorado. Then I walked into Enchante, and have been coming to Erica for my cut and style haircut ever since. She is a lovely person, lots of bright talk, and really listens. She got my hair needs right away and has even improved at the next appt. I love the way my hair falls exactly the way I want it to, and looks natural but professional. A dachshund sits in my lap during wash and rinse, the salon atmosphere is quite elegant, and I feel very comfortable and pampered while my hair is being cared for. Definitely worth it!

Prior to seeing Murat, I went to another "high"-end salon out at Centerra. I never saw the same person twice, even when I requested someone. Never "loved" my hair and they also required a CC# to schedule an appointment. I wanted to go someplace where I would establish a realtionship with someone and they, inturn, trust me. I have been with Murat for over 18 months now and I have yet to figure out how this much talent is found in Loveland. At my last appointment, my 5yr old daughter had to come with me. He does not have a "no children rule" (like the other place), in fact Stitch aka "killer" (mini dachsund) was a great playmate for her during my coloring. My greatest fear is Murat will out-grow Loveland and move to NY! His prices are comparable to The Other Place - but HE is actually worth the money!

I live in a small city where it is really hard to find a good stylist, let alone one who customizes a cut/color according to hair type, face shape, etc. My cut from Murat is unbelievable--I now fear that I need to travel 450 miles every 8 weeks to keep it in shape. He took a great deal of time to make sure that everything was PERFECT-and it is!! He then talked about color and suggested a different shade for my highlights. Even though I wasn't scheduled for color, Murat fit me into his schedule and did and incredible job. I loved everything about my experience at this salon--I recommend it to anyone!! See ya in a couple of months, Murat!!

I went in looking like an aging rock star and came out looking dreamy. I had four hours of color correction and a hair cut so I saw the whole day go down at the salon. It's not just that the staff is super talented, they are genuinely interested in their work. Murat Tercan, my colorist, seemed to get more and more energy as the day went on. He's fantastic. They consult with each other (Ben and Erica) and work as a team...never felt so taken care of at a busy salon. I had been looking for a great salon for a year and am relieved to say that I've found my new home. I highly recommend Murat and his salon..

I went to see Murat for a consultation for coloring my hair from platinum blonde to chestnut brown. I have to admit that I was immensely nervous, having been a blonde all my life, but he was very patient with my nervousness and kept reassuring me he would take care of my hair. When I sat down in the chair, he took the time to go through a color book with me and did not push any colors on me, only giving me guidance based on what colors I liked. The actual process went wonderfully.He was very pleasant and while doing my hair, for a moment I actually forgot I was sitting in a chair getting my hair done! When he took the dye off, I was amazed - the color is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a color change... he is VERY talented and has a great eye for which colors look good on which people, while letting the client make the decisions. THANK YOU MURAT!

I was recommend to go to this place by a friend. Apparently the girl who cut my hair was new. Her name was Meghan. I have difficult hair to work with but she did a great job. She really spent some time with me before starting and kinda took some time to feel out my style and then really concentrated on delivering a great end result. Most hair stylists just talk and talk and don't concentrate on what they are doing. Meghan was nice , professonal and really thought about the best style for me from the begining of the haircut to the end. I will definitely go back to her. Thank you.

I agree that it seems the stylists may be making up their positive reviews, especially after going to the salon and meeting them! Please do not be fooled by fake positive reviews! This place is auwful! The list of prices is not accurate and they even go so far as to mislead you about their pricing on the phone and then suprise you as you check out. Murat gave me to worst hair cut of my life and failed to listen to anything I said I wanted. He simply chopped my hair until he decided it was done without any regards to me. He also did not stop talking about how impressive he was the entire appointment! I wouldn't pay $5 for the haircut I recieved and was charged an outrageous amount. I hated my experience there!

I have curly wavy hair that I have always had a hard time getting styled correctly. After many years of searching I stumbled upon Murat. When I found out he would be opening his own salon I was very excited for him and upon visiting his salon for the first time I was impressed by the whole place. Now every time I go there it is clean professional and very friendly. I always get a cup of the turkish coffee and Murat and me chat it up while he takes care of my hair. I actually stopped asking for particular styles and instead I let him take care of it. My hair styles stay current and fresh and I don't have to worry about what I want it to look like.

...well, let's just say I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews here. I have been twice, and both times have been an amazingly positive experience for me.
The first time was just for a haircut. My hair is naturally curly and thick, and there aren't many people who actually know how to handle hair like mine. The haircut I got from Murat was amazing, he had no trouble with my hair at all. I was also introduced to a technique called 'threading' - same idea as waxing, but without the icky sticky wax and no burns! After that, I will *never* go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, and I will certainly never have them waxed again!
My second visit was a little more adventuresome; highlights as well as a haircut and eyebrow threading. I had never had my hair dyed professionally before (had a bad experience playing around with it in college, hair turned purple, need I say more?). I still can't get over how easy it is for him to cut my hair, and the color is incredible!
So, while I understand that different people expect different things and have different likes and dislikes - I feel I should address several things. First, the salon is not 'dirty' in any sense of the word. Before I went the first time, I'd seen the review that said it was and I made it a point to look. Hell, the tops of those gigantic mirrors is spotless even! Second, yes Murat has an accent. So what? I've talked to Texans that were much harder to understand than Murat (someone thinks he's "Mexican"- Really?!? Not that it actually matters I suppose, but it makes me cringe when people assume that because someone has darker skin than they do then they have to be from Mexico - the other half of the world can go bugger off I suppose). I have chronic sinus and ear issues, and every once in a while I have to ask him to repeat himself - which he does. I have never seen him or his staff be rude or unkind to anyone - even if they are asking for a repeat. Third, both times when I've gone in and told him what I wanted done, he told me up front EXACTLY how much it would cost. There were no surprises associated with the cost - the only surprise I got at the end of my visit was how amazing the end result looked.

I've never in my life had such a bad dye job - and I've been dying my hair blonde for 10 years. The only reason I went to this salon was because I read the reviews on here and thought I might as well try it out - since the salon I normally go to is 45 minutes away. My hair looks absolutely ridiculous; everyone that has seen it has told me to go back and demand that they fix it. Honestly, I don't trust them to do one more thing to my poor head - I'm out $200 and I have to get someone to correct what they did - I cried the whole way home!!!

My wife and I went in there for a haircut and style and unfortunately I am very disappointed. I could not understand the mexican gentlemen cutting my hair nor could my wife. We left with a less than desirable experience and she left with a bad haircut. Upon reading some reviews, its almost as if the salon is creating fake accounts and writing their own positive reviews. Please note that.

I moved from New Orleans, La to Colorado about 4 years ago and have been to a number of salons in Fort Collins and Loveland. Enchante is by far the best Salon I have ever been to. Murat is a genious! I have received the best haircuts and color and have never received more compliments since going to him. He can turn anyone's hair from frumby to FABULOUS!!
that place is so dirty and they are very rude. i had two horrible experiences there and cannot believe how rude murat was. he cannot even speak english and over charged me and i did not find out till i left and saw their "menu" online. I called to complain and he lied and said he gave me a discount even though the flyer at the store and online showed a cheaper price. buyer beware!

I've had 4 memorable haircuts in my life -- one in San Francisco, one in Philadelphia, one on a cruise ship, and now one in Loveland, Colorado! I've been in some of the finest salons in this state and still can't believe we have talent the likes of Murat right here in Northern Colorado. I visited this salon solely based on the online reviews, and I am so glad I did. Thanks, Murat -- you'e the best!

I moved to Loveland a few months ago from Florida, where I regularly spent +$75 for a haircut, so perhaps my perspective is skewed, but I had the best haircut I've had in years last week from Murat and just had to write about it. He knew exactly what to do with my wavy-in-back, straight-in-front hair type and was creative about creating a layered look for me that was not an extreme departure from my normal preferences. Everyone at the salon was very pleasant - no snobs here! - and the setting was relaxed and comfortable. Murat is a true professional. I will definitely go back and am happy to have found a place in Loveland that I feel I can rely on.

This was my first time to get color put in my hair, not only was the experience comfortable and enjoyable but I couldn't be happier about the outcome. I love my cut and the amazing highlighting job he did. I will definetly be going back
Even a girl on a budget can get great color! When it comes to my hair, I'm ultra fussy and very few colorists have gotten it right! I heard about Murat through a friend of mine(lucky me!) Murat listened to me, made recommendations and turned me into a beauty! He got it right! And his
prices are great! I really appreciate the attention he gave me. To top off my day, he recommended some Bumble hair products when i was getting my hair blowed and style. He was also terrific and I left there ready to go out and show it all off. The salon is very nice and very comfortable. Make sure to have a Turkish Coffee when you visit!
