When the coach smells of pot and alcohol, it's not where I want my little ones. She may be a great coach on the mat, but I cannot risk my child that way.

We've been at this gym for about a year now, and it has been great. It's much more personal than the "big box" gym nearby.
The teachers/coaches that we've had are very experienced and they monitor the girl's progress on an individual basis, not just lumping them all into one curriculum. The kids learn a lot, but are having fun at the same time.
If you're looking for gym with substance over flash, I would highly recommend this one.

Encore Gymnastics is good and offers a wide range of classes for a wide range of ages. The staff is friendly and teaches with very good progressions. The kids are always smiling and are happy at the end of class. Recommended for those who love the sport of gymnastics,
