My family and I have been going to Murray Motors for years our family has four cars with them and they use to be wonderful. Ever since management has changed and the Murray family no longer owns the dealership the services has completely gone down hill. On several occasions I have been treated disrespectfully, but most recently was beyond the worst. They had my car for over an hour and a half and when I finally asked where my car was they had no idea. Finally, my car was located, however no services had been performed on my car. Jerrod Sheppard was nice and apologetic, whoever given that it was 6pm on a Friday they couldn't complete what was need on my car. The boy who took my car in the first place and lost my car, Cameron Dean, came around the corner with a snug smile and said "are these your keys?" Well he new they were my keys and he saw me waiting and didn't say a word to me. He did not apologies and when I said to him "you do not have anything to say for the poor service and the fact you wasted my time", he simply smiled with a pretension smile and walked away. This is just one example of how with the management change they no longer care about their customers.

Murray Motors has several problems-- Their sales department and their service department are two totally separate entities that DO NOT COMMUNICATE. I leased a Mercedes C300 from Murray. On returning it they charged me about $600 to service

I had a wonderful experience buying my BMW Z4 Roadster. My salesman, Doug Wilson, went out of his way to make it the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have ever had. No detail was left unnoticed. He even arranged for the delivery to my house in Nevada!

I can't say enough for the professionalism shown and the courtesy and consideration given throughout the entire process. This is the only place I would go in the future when I want another car! Thank you, Doug Wilson.

This dealership is the WORST--they take responsibility for NOTHING when it comes to bad repairs, bad advice from their repair handlers and giving wrong parts.

Go to Schomp--They work well and are transparent. Murray is arrogant and very anti-customer and in this economy, screw 'em---Hope they go under.
