My sister bought a condo in Littleton and had an appointment with them. The builder had vinyl in the kitchen when she bought it. She picked a prefinished hardwood floor that they put in with some sound protection and it looks pretty nice.
Cons: In Downtown
Me and my wife had an appointment at their downtown showroom, after we purchased a new home from a local builder. We had done our homework and visited a Carpet Exchange and several small distributors of tile. I felt it was a downside that the builder required us to visit this one showroom for all our selections; but after seeing the selection and the array of products they have on display, I understood our builder??s well-meaning intentions. They have pretty much every tile, carpet, and hardwood I could think of. The designer was very good at covering all our ideas in the appointment and the products are well worth the prices. It wa sbetter than running to different stores.
They have a granite fabrication shop also. We had standard granite in our kitchen, but they showed us some quartz surfaces that were nice.
Pros: the showroom
Cons: only place like this around
