Sean Hoag was tech direct rep. Did not tell me that the only way to get the 12 month discount was to go to DirectTV website and use rebates. He only said that I would be paying the amount written on the paper I signed. I knew nothing about rebates from DirectTV. Now I will have to wait longer to get rebates.
Also he said we would get every channel we had gotten on Dishnetwork and we don't. PIX channel is not avaliable on DirectTV with the package he sold us. We did watch it a lot. There are probably others but haven't notices yet.
I have called his cell from a phone other than my house phone and left message with my house phone # to call back on and he probably doesn't listen to the message because he calls back on the phone that Is not the number I left.
He also said he would cancel the Dishnetwork for me and when I called during instalation, he didn't call back on the # I left for him to call.
Also he just said we would get HD and he did not say it was tied in with auto pay. "Lies" by not telling us what we needed to know to get the things he said we would get free.
Thats all for now.
I have tried calling Sean Hoag on his cell phone several times. He won't answer and the mailbox says full. I don't believe he wants to hear from me.
