Do not do business with this company!!! This is one of the most crooked, old school back lot auto dealers in the area. They buy and sell a lot of junk cars at auction and they (Ben and Al) are willing to say anything to get you to buy them. Very poor quality vehicles. This is not a reputable dealer. DO NOT BUY from this business!!! We bought a car from them and began having transmission problems and other major issues very quickly. I would not wish my experience with them upon anyone. -Oh, and all of their 5 star reviews are fake. Al's son writes fake reviews for them.

BUYER BEWARE. Sold a LEMON. 40days to get title!
I hope I can help some other hard worker from making the mistake of buying from this shady dealership. Dont do it! The owner even told me the positive reviews are his sons.
Anyhow, I'm a home owner in Noblesville. I came to Al at Westfield Motor Sales on a snowy Friday to buy a car because I support local business. I had already chosen a Mustang online. It had snowed a lot that day and Al didn't want me to test drive. He started it and revved it from under the hood. I test drove anyways but very, very slowly and briefly through the snow. Seemed fine.

After going inside to discuss financing he offered me 18.99%. Strike one. I have a credit score of over 800. I was kind of pissed at the loan shark rate he tried to pass on me but I just smiled and said I'd get financing elsewhere. He laughed and said he understood and that most of his customers where people with bad credit who had no other choice. What a crappy thing to say about and do to people. I got 7.99% at Forum bank by Lowes. Excellent rate for a 12 year old used car.

As soon as I got on 37 to drive home, I realized something was wrong. Strike two. The car shuttered and made a knocking noise at over 2500 rpm. I had bought it "AS-IS". Over the weekend I came to find it only made the noise after warming up, but got progressively worse. No wonder Al revved it in the lot. It was cold and he knew it would sound fine. Took it to 3 local garages and poured over the web. It has a broken wrist pin on one of the rear cylinders. Complete motor tear down required. This costs over $2200 minimum! I decide to eat it because I know I have been sold a lemon as- is with no recourse. My fault for not test driving it on the highway. What kind of jerk sells a car that needs a new motor but says nothing?

Strike 3? The title. To pile more crap on this dealerships already unprofessional business practices, the guy waited over 40 days to send me the title. The temp plates were expired in 30! He gave e every excuse why he didn't send it from his father passing to then saying he did send it but forgot... I thought I might get out of the bad deal by returning the car under an Indiana law stating the dealer has 21 days to deliver the title. All I had to do was send written request to the guy and wait 10 days. If no titleI could return it. Well I didnt know that until too late, but I tried anyways. I sent certified mail so he had to sign for the letter. He REFUSED it. It came back to me in the mail. He knew what was happening. What a jerk. 41 days later I get the old title and a duplicate copy at the same time in the mail. Im stuck with the lemon.

My advice to fellow hard working people? Take your money down the road. This whole place is owned by an immoral chump. You might not get burned like me. But then againwhy risk it? Plenty of upstanding dealerships elsewhere. Good luck!

This is a quality car lot. They always shoot straight with you and sold me a perfect car. My BMW has not had any issues and I've owned it for almost a year now. If you need a used car this is the place to get it.

This dealership is the worst ever WARNING find somewhere else to spend your money, I also found out that there is something fishy going on there... I hope this helps make all of you think twice before looking for a used car at this place.
