October of 07 I purchased a used Charger. After having some issues with the car the employees there acted like I had the plague and were not wanting to stand behind their sale. I was very upset several times at the way they acted like it was my fault that I bought a car from them. I then traded the crappy car into another dealership a year later and called this place that I got the charger from to get my refund for the extended warranty and gap insurance. The financial guy seemed to be bothered to even have to help me and still to date I have not seen my refund. I have left message after message, I faxed my info over twice, and no one will help me. Please do not deal with these people unless you have money and time to waist.

Hyundai vehicles look good initially because of price but the reliability isn't there and this dealer in particular is just waiting for that 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty to expire. \r
At 64,000 miles I was smacked with a bill for $1,400 for a ""weak"" engine mount and two rear shocks, among other things (water cooler, belts, etc.).\r
The service manager initially agreed to pay for parts for the repairs because of the proximity to the warranty expiration but reneged when I asked him to also consider paying half of the labor (total labor costs: $609). I pointed out that the defects - particularly the engine mount problem - should have been found in earlier warranty checks. Instead of saying no, he said I obviously didn't appreciate Butler's gesture and so Butler would not pay for the parts and I'd have to foot the entire bill.\r
Apparently, he believes you're supposed to accept whatever they give you without question.\r
Making appointments with this dealership is a nightmare. Many times I have call this dealership only to be placed on hold indefinitely or told to call back when they return from lunch. \r
Out to lunch is right.
