After deciding that I couldn't clear my shower drain myself, on Saturday morning I placed a request for service online. I was contacted about an hour later: they couldn't get a plumber out to me on Saturday, but would 8:30 Sunday morning work? Brian K was precisely on time and had my drain clear within about an hour. I was not charged extra for the weekend or next-day service.
My drain backed up the day before Thanksgiving. They had someone out within a half hour and saved dinner! They were prompt, professional, and I would use them again!!!
Roto-Rooter plumbers did a outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had my plumbing upgraded in my basement and they were outstanding!!!!

John and Brian assisted me in finding the source and exact location of a severe clog in my underground sewer line. They were nothing short of helpfull and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
I needed a toilet reset as the wax seal had deteriorated. I needed someone to come over the weekend and they did not charge extra for that! Paul was the technician and he was fantastic. Very polite and personable. He took care of toilet and everything was back to normal in about 30-45min. We even talked about family and pets, etc while he was here. If I need any future plumbing services I will be calling Roto-Rooter and asking for Paul to come out again!
