I have never been treated so badly in my life . I picked my car up after having $1,300 of work done and three miles up the road it overheated. I thought it was something with the thermostat and called the mechanics. They came to get it and said "if it weren't were for things like this, we wouldn't have a job." Three days later I called to check on the car and talked to the owner Greg. He said "It may be a head gasket, we will have to look." I said, "Well, let me know." Three days later I call to check the status thinking it was something faulty with the mechanics just completed and expected to pick the car up or hear the diagnosis. The owner Greg said, "The car is done. It was a head gasket and we fixed it. Your bill is $633." I was surprised because no one called me to tell me that they were going to fix it. I did not authorize it. I explained to the owner that I was disappointed that they went ahead without my consent. He said "I don't to things for free, I don't think YOU understand. I pay my guys $25/hour," insinuating I wanted something for free. Each time I tried to ask a question or explain that I do not expect freebies, he talked over me and then said "I have people waiting on me, I have to go. The bill is as it stands," and click. He HUNG UP ON ME. I got my car and the owner Greg and told me he didn't care that I was going to report him to the BBB or Angie's List. He also said that he never tells clients the estimate for a job before it's done. "That's just how we work." Every mechanic I've ever worked with calls before doing $633 of work. I will NEVER use this business again.

Six months later...
- Rear shocks that were replaced are coming through the speakers in the back of my car through trunk.

- Found a detached hose taped up under hood.
