No complaints with Dr. Brady's office staff, who were all very nice. But Dr. Brady pushes (and pushes) jaw re-alignment as the cure-all for everything from emphysema to sinus problems to Parkinson's disease. I walked out of a new patient exam after he insisted he could improve my inherited, degenerative eye disease through jaw re-alignment. When I told Dr. Brady I've been seen by some of the country's top eye doctors, he implied they didn't know what they were talking about. In the waiting room, I also overheard him pushing jaw re-alignment on two different elderly patients. Unbelievable.

I went to "Dr." Brady after a trip home to my family doctor where I learned i had TWO (2) cavities. Since my family doctor was unable to schedule me for a filling while I was back home, I elected to go to "Dr." Brady to have my cavities filled.
"Dr." Brady filled those two cavities just fine... However, he also drilled out two perfectly healthy teeth with no cavities (and billed me $90 each) for a total of 4 fillings. One of those fillings fell out within a week of the procedure and needed to be re-filled. After the same filling fell out a second time I drove back home to have my family dentist do it right. And my family dentist reassured me that two of those fillings were completely unnecessary (i.e., no cavity).
To go a step further (and I'm not making this up), when the filling fell out the first time "Dr." Brady told me that the filling fell out because I grind my teeth at night. That's fine, but he actually tried to sell me a heart monitor to wear at night to check for potential heart conditions brought about by tooth grinding. No joke. My family dentist almost fell out of her chair when she heard that.
Stay away from this guy if you value your smile!

Children are usually always afraid of dentists. It doesn't help when a dentist has yelled at a child for playing in the waiting room too loudly. It's the rudest thing I've ever seen a professional doctor do. Also, we've had scheduling problems there from the start. Atleast 3 times they have messed up my appointments causing me to wait from half an hour to 3 1/2 hours. They give you stickers with appointment date and times and I'm always sure to put them in my datebook I keep in my purse and they have came in pretty handy when getting into altercations with the staff at this office about the time and day they gave me and then forgetting all about me.
Very unprofessional workers!
