what can i say, i was looking for good and was very hungry. So i went to new india, i got chicken tikka masala and garlic naan, mango lassi to drink. It was great food, that i have ever had. i will go back again sooon.

I will never ever go back to this Indian restaurant or will recommand anyone. Worst Worst Worst experience.
I have been visiting Indianapolis off and on being a consultant and recently joined by my family. We have eaten at Masala Kitchen several times and since just a few months or so it has been amazingly different. Very good food, quick service, and friendly staff. I highly recommend Masala Kitchen especially on Thursdays and Fridays. Elaborate setup.
Pros: Great food and authentic taste
Cons: Far away from South side of town where we live
Please avoid going to Masala Kitchen if you can (especially during the evening time). The service has declined dramatically since the restaurant first opened. The food is mediocre to say the least. The worst part is that the waiters at the restaurant ignore you for a good amount of time, before they refill your glass with water. The manager who works the night shift (bald guy) has the personality of a ""brick wall"" when it comes to customers and treats the waiters with disrespect. The only major way they can improve is if they hire a friendlier waiting and managerial staff ASAP!

Cons: Service, Ambience, Value, and Food
