Len had a good understanding of the structural build of a home. We knew that we were getting something sound. He was also able to refer us to contractors.

He listened to us and made sure he got a good sense of what we wanted from a house. He understood very well what would work for us and which properties just wouldn't. He ended up finding the perfect place for us! We are so grateful for all of his help, and recommend him to everyone in the area.

Len was awesome to work with! I really enjoyed his accessibility. He was always around if I needed to get in contact or if I had a questions for him.

Len was able to understand very easily what I needed and was able to find what I needed. I thought I would end up doing a lot of work myself looking at every house in the city but he actually did much of it for me!

The best way to describe my experience working with Len would be GREAT! He did a great job in helping me list and sell my home. I was very impressed with his advice and the time frame the home was sold.

I am very satisfied with the outcome of my home purchase with Len. We bought our home through him and he was selling it for the bank. We got it at just the right price and had no complaints. He was very polite and worked with us and

Len Wilson is a very nice person, seems very professional and helpful. I have nothing against him and would recommend him.

I would, however, be aware of new agents recently hired there. We had a devastating experience in which we felt one of these newly hired agents grossly mislead us and knowingly sold us a defective and unsafe home several years back.

We lost a lot of money due to her very poor advice. When we asked about the home inspection, she did not explain it well nor did she recommend one.

We found a lot of problems in the home that had been covered with rugs, window treatments, and cluttered furniture.NONE of these problems were disclosed to us as is legally required by law. The homeowner clearly lied on the disclosure form, and areas could not be reached to be inspected. It later occurred to us it seemed as though the home was "staged" to hide and conceal damaged areas and water leakage seaping under the flooring.

We were not told about or offered to do a final walk through inspection of the home before we closed, which would have made a huge positive difference in our lives. So, entering the home for the first time after closing was a heartbreaking shock to us. We faced a home that was nothing as was promised to us by agent or homeowner.

It not only cost ten thousand dollars plus to have all the problems corrected, but it also has cost me my health which l most likely will never fully recover from after being trapped and living two years in the unhealthy and unsafe home environment she sold us. It has been no fun going from healthy to having severe health restrictions upon me all on account of this home sold to us by Joni.

She gave us very bad advice. We found she was dishonest about the facts of the home, and made empty reassurances to us that wrongly influenced our decision making process.

Be very careful when choosing an agent. Some agents act as though they care and want to help you with your needs but then in the end you find they did not take your needs seriously.Sadly, there are many agents who are totally unprofessional and act only in their own self-interests. They are just in it to get the sale and their commission witlh little thought of the consequences their words and actions will have on their clients down the road. There are many cases where an agent will not want you to know the truth about a property. It may help to talk to neighbors and check past and current records and internet search of the address, owners public records, etc., can save you a ton of grief.

When we first looked at the home, Joni told us the home was newly listed, and we believed her. After living in the home for a year, an agent showed us that the home had actually been on the market for 2 years!!! That is stretching the truth a bit, wouldn't you say? The neighbors also told us the all about the home's past which clearly had been misrepresented to us by Joni.

Do yourself a big favor and find an exceptional agent to help you. When you are depending on the help of an agent, the last thing you want is to have them fail you and then find that you were actually on your own during the buying process. If you are like we were and most people probably are... not knowing how real estate works, you have to hope you can count on an agent to inform you and guide you into a positive home buying experience and not take advantage of you for not knowing how it all works.

I hope this helps someone not have to go through what I have been through.
