I've been going to Regency for 2 years now. I've been overall very satisfied with the service and outcome of my hair. I've even brought my 16 year old daughter and 23 year old son, who are extremely picky about their hair and they were astonished how great their cuts came out (not saying I'm not picky, at all).

I always get my color done there, as it would cost me about $100 to get it done at JCP, or any other salon. They use the same line of color, and carry the same name line of products as many other salons.

As for the other review on here - sometimes things happen and it's out of control of the students/teachers hands. You have to go in there with an open mind, in case things fall through. It's a school, where the students are learning all facets of a full service salon! Patience is the key to being a customer!!!! Give them a break, they are worth it!

I scheduled to have my hair colored and wanted the red out. Rachael and I went over color swatches and found exactly what I was looking for. I was thrilled when I left! I'm so glad she doesn't graduate for many months. I will ask for her again!

Also - please don't forget to tip these students! They work hard too, and pay for these classes. Some travel pretty far to learn. They do appreciate it!!!

I made an appointment for 530pm. We went in at 515 and signed in, at 530 I went back to the desk to make sure they knew we were there. At 540 a woman called us up to say both spa pedicure chairs had just been filled by another pair of clients, but we could wait 30 minutes to get in. Or have a "spa" pedi using a regular chair and a plastic bowl to put our feet in. We left. Who makes an appointment for you and then just ignores it and puts a walk-in in your place? I will not go back.
