I had surgery to repair my shoulder and attended Helping Hands for rehabilitation. I must admit, the thought of physical therapy made me a little nervous and I was not looking forward to the process in the least. It only took one visit to Helping Hands to completely change my attitude towards physical therapy. Heidi and her staff made me feel completely comfortable and right at home. The soothing colors on the walls, tranquil music playing in the background, and the pampering I received from the staff always made for a very relaxing and satisfying experience. Heidi went out of her way to make sure I was informed, comfortable, and progressing in my treatments. I found my self constantly looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend you give Helping Hands a try.
