West Baden Springs Hotel

This hotel is an amazing architectural wonder! It is interesting to hear the history of this hotel as well. The huge atrium is a work of art. The gardens and outside are historically restored. We went here with small kids and enjoyed every moment of it. We enjoyed eating at the cafe in the atrium. The kids enjoyed swimming and walking around the grounds. Our hotel room looked out on the atrium. There was a herd of deer that we viewed in the evening. We received this hotel spa package as a gift. Otherwise I am sure it would be on the pricey side. It is great that the Indiana preservation society had the forethought to preserve this gem until the right buyer came along. Who would have thought such a work of art would be in the midwest.

This is a very beautiful resort with an indoor and outdoor pool. This hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the casino in the French Lick resort. If you are going here for the casino then I would not suggest staying at this resort because it is more expensive then the French Lick one and you have to catch the shuttle for the casino. Also if you have children I would stay at the French Lick resort because it is livelier.
