Luzerne National Bank

This bank and their employees are the most awful bunch of people to deal with that i have ever witnessed. They are nothing but legalized thieves to steal from their customers even with police reports etc. And I would recommend dealing with another bank instead of them. Their branches have no authority at all this bank has all the centralized authority so don't look at the branch managers for any help. Deal somewhere else. Preferably with a credit union.

My husband and I have been customers of Luzerne bank all our lives. This is truly a great bank to deal with because it has retained its hometown roots while implementing modern high tech banking services. You are treated like not only a valued customer but a neighbor in the community.

The bank has convenient branch locations throughout NEPA including Dallas, Luzerne, the Sunshine Market in Plains and a new branch near Harvey's Lake.

I would highly recommend this bank.
