I have done business here since 1999 or 2000,I can't remember exactly. Judy and Jim are hard working individuals in a market that competes directly with the Apple stores.I have bought 4 or 5 computers from them over the years. When I started,my knowledge of Apple was zero and there was NO ONE around me who was using a Mac!. I learned from books and the real knowledge and application of the principles was supplied by my association with their store.
I felt so confident of their services that I used them to solve a major internet connection problem in our daughter's 1842 home. Matt and Greg were wonderful in correcting a very flawed $5000 dollar installation.
Earlier this summer,Matt came to our home and brought my wife and her new 20' iMac into a workable environment. Irene(my wife) has been to the Apple store to try out some learning sessions. The environment is very non-conducive to learning and extremely noisy, but it is 4 miles from home. To really get her feet wet, she decided to go to Doylestown (37 miles away) for a basic course in Leopard because we both felt that the environment would be more conducive to learning. We will stick with MacOutfitters and I have encouraged others to join. Dr. John Krause.
