DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE THERE FOR SERVICE!!!

I might as well have taken my bike to a pack of trained apes. The work was overpriced, took way to long. and They wound up breaking switches, causing an oil leak and not connecting my stator, just to get started. Had the Bike returned 6 times for them to fix what they screwed up till I finally gave up and took it elsewhere. I have never seen more incompetent mechanics or a lower standard of quality. If you take your bike there for service, your going to have problems

Just picked up a new Jet Ski and I must say it was great to deal with them. They had it prepped and ready in no time. Joe and Martin were very helpful and made sure I knew and understood everything. Would def. do business with them again.

Pros: Service, honesty

Cons: Distance from NYC (only 1.5 hours though).

Martin, you may need to screen your customers before you deal with them... All this crying made me sick.... Look girls, maybe you should all be riding huffy's with the big banana seat... Get over it Tempest and learn how to ride. The bike was in an accident? O.K. Who was riding? your wife? All of my riding equipment for my two boy's came from BCK and I could not have been more happy with their prompt service and dedication to deliver on time. These guy's go the extra mile when you need it. I asked Martin to put some #'s on the new 110 Kawasaki I purchased this year and I could not have done it better myself... My son was so exsited when I gave him the bike. I have ordered gear over the phone several times without a deposit, it was there the next day... Martin and your team, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.... Mike from PHILLY

Took my CBR in to Bucks County Kawasaki for inspection on a Tuesday because I had problems with my local Honda dealer in the past + BC Kawasaki said it would only take an hour to inspect.
Stopped in Wednesday night to pick it up and they hadn't looked at it yet. Said they would get it done by next day. Dean called me to say that it needed tires to pass inspection. He said he had my tires in stock.
Picked up the bike next day. $450 for tires & inspection. I didn't bother to look at tires until I had my first accident ever in 15 years of riding. (Im an experienced rider and yes I gently scrubbed in the tires) After I crashed from the tires sliding out at a pretty low speed is when I noticed that they put on Shinko tires instead of my original Dunlops and they put a different size on rear than what came with the bike.
I "guess" thats my fault for not checking the tires before I left the BC Kawasaki dealer. I at least would have liked to have know that they were going to install different tires & size to begin with. I never even heard of Shinko tires and probably would have said forget that.
That may have made a world of difference in crash / no crash.
I Spoke with the manager Martin & told him about the situation. He listened to my complaint but offered nothing.

I biught my 2005 Vulcan 1500Fi there. Two days later the rear light bar fell off! It scratched my fender.
I took it back and told them to fix it. It took a month to paint. And it was never Buffed out. I was told it would be weeks to do it. I took the bike home. On May 6, the bike was in an accident. I took it back and told them I need it repaired. He had it for three months. Alls that was done was the tank replaced one rear turn light and the clutch master cylinder cap and the plexiglass in my windshield. The crash bar was buffed out and i was charged for a new one. The wires for my rear lights and Cobra Fi2000 were cut and left that way
And they never transfered my led ring into the new turn signal lens
All this for $3600 dollars. I think he owes me some money!
I will never go Back there.

I brought my Kawasaki ZX6 to a honda dealership for a simple gasket replacement. They told me it would only take a couple minutes and can do it while they changed my oil. The only problem is that theyd have to order the part and it would take a while to come in. The guy said to try to Bucks County Kawasaki because they should have the part in stock. I bring it there, they take it in said it would be no problem. The next day I still hadn't heard anything so I called and said "We haven't even touched it yet, you're not getting it back this weekend" So I pretty much feel as though they are holding my bike hostage. I missed a great weekend for riding and I'm sure ill be paying a fortune to get my bike back..

I will bring my bike to any Honda/Suzuki/Yamaha dealership before I ever bring it back to this place.
