Drake Tavern

Down right horrible experience, place was busy so we thought we'd go in for some drinks then dinner, Drink specials really brought me in the door, After spending what felf like an eternity to get the bartender to serve me (busy texting) I got a warm beer in my 10oz plastic cup, they were pretty busy so I figured okay, I'll let it slide.

I then sat down for some of the worst overpriced food I've ever had. Whatever burger I had the only thing I can remember is that it was terrible. I do remember the onion soup tasted like I was drinking jersey ocean water but even saltier

Masters Of Burgers? You'd be better off at Mickey D's

Pros: Outdoor seating, nothing else!

much better place since the smoke is gone....family friendly varied menu, very nice waitresses....and a well maintained place with parking. Bartenders are very patient with some of the younger patrons at the bar. If appreciate good conversation take one of the many available tables.

Bartenders, Waitresses and Manager are professional, and skillful when it comes to creating an atmosphere that embraces without smothering. The typical customer is respectful, intelligent and engaging.
Try the B&B (its on the top shelf) and the Salmon Salad.

Tuesday night free wings... - what a joke - They get 50 wings out for at least 50 customers once an hour...
The beer is flat very often and the service is slow and lazy. Stay away.
To Zack the owner ? I rather throw my money away than give it to you and as a person who lives in that area?I will recommend to do the same to anyone I know.

I was in your restaurant on Friday evening ready to have a pleasant meal my with husband and son. My son and I were seated (as I was waiting for my husband to arrive) and a very pretty and pleasant young girl waited on me. I want stress that she was very pleasant and helpful.

The night started out great. Unfortunately, that was not to last long. I saw our waitress go into the kitchen and then suddenly an outburst of foul language erupted. The yelling was so loud, half the restaurant and I heard every foul word that was yelled, including my 3 yr. old son--thanks! I thought it was either the chef or a manager yelling. I couldn't believe my ears when I found out that it was you, the owner of the Drake Tavern.

I will never step foot into one of your restaurants again. I cannot and will not support a business that treats their employees like dirt. Do you talk to your mother, sister, wife and children like that? I have already spread the word about my unpleasant experience at the Drake Tavern Friday night, and I let everyone I spoke to know that it was the owner treating his employees in such an abominable way. Your behavior was (and from what I gathered by your employees) has been and still is atrocious!!!

Zach, if you can't take the heat, why don't YOU get out of the kitchen.

For a local tavern,this is just what the doctor ordered. The food is great,the service very very good and the prices are super. I adore their outdoor barbeques and the drinks are always first class. The new ownership has really gone to great lengths to make this a frist class restaurant.

What a great surprise. After a horrid experience around the corner at a so-called Spa we discovered this marvelous retreat. The food was absolutrely great,the service fantastic and the place is full ofife and fun. The tomato stack salad was to die for,the salmon amazing and the desert was sumptuous.

This is a real find. We had not been here for several years and decided to give it a try with the new owners. Well it is great. I had their tomato stack salad and the salmon special and all was as good as I have had anywhere.
The service was so good and the place is a lot of fun. The big screen Tv's were good for watching the football game (my husband loved this), and the owner (Zac) was just great.
