If you need tack for your horse, clothes for yourself or gifts, this is the place to go. They have almost anything you can imagine. The store is VERY crowded and a little pricey but they do have a large selection.

I have never been to the store, although I have used their website to order from them. What I have received is very poor customer service. The first time I ordered, they were out of stock of one of the items on their webpage, so they substituted a different brand of breeches for those that I bought. They were very uncomfortable and I ended up only riding in them once before throwing them out. The second time I ordered only one item, and they were out of stock of that one, too. It took a week before I found out, and I only found out by calling them. I was wondering where my package was. I tried calling and e-mailing a few times to ask if they had specific items I needed or to ask questions. I would never get return e-mails or phone calls. I ordered from them one final time because I had a gift card for their store. Well, make that three final times. I tried to order twice and both times they were out of stock of what I wanted, and I waited around for a package and finally called and was told that they were out of stock of those items and didn't really want to order more. I finally placed a third order, which went through BUT they forgot to give me one of the things I ordered, even though I paid additionally for it (beyond my gift card) and I had to pay extra shipping (FOB costs). At this point I gave up, because it was a cheap item and I was done buying from them. They get two stars because I hold out hope that their online service is so poor because they do a great job with real customer service (live people, not online people). But they really need to work on communication, as well as updating their website when they sell out of stuff. Two months after I placed an order that was sold out, they still list the stuff on their website, even though they wouldn't backorder for me!

Pros: Fast shipping, good quality items

Cons: High prices, poor customer service, lots of out of stock items on their website
