During a short stop in Philly, I visited the Reading Terminal Market and found the best macaroni and cheese at Delilah's. But it doesn't stop with the macaroni and cheese, her southern cuisine is delectable! from the fried chicken to the collard greens, give Delilah's a try if you're ever in Philly. You won't be disappointed.
