Big thumbs down. Waited 50 minutes before being acknowledged by stylist then told it would be another 10 minutes. Told stylist/owner (Alisa) exactly how I wanted my hair done. She did 1/2 of what I asked her to. A couple of days later, when I called in to see when I could come in to have it fixed, was given every excuse why she couldn't do anything to fix it. Was then told that she would call me back with an appointment time, but she NEVER called back. Do not mind paying TOP dollar to have my hair done, but DO want to get what I asked for. Very poor attitude and poor customer service!
