Tim from Werner Jewelers alerted me when gold was at an all-time high price, and I got more than I could have ever anticipated for the gold jewelery I traded in. I also took in a couple of watches to be appraised. In one of the watches, they noticed the battery was about to rupture and immediately replaced it. They even cleaned it for me! It's quite obvious that through their years of experience, they've learned to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. This top-notch customer service along with their convenient location, makes Werner Jewelers a gem of a store!

I found a ring on Werner's website and fell in love with it. I gave some hints to my then boyfriend, and he went to see Tim. The ring, which became my engagement ring, was even better than I could have imagined in person. I have gotten so many wonderful comments on it. The quality is amazing. When it came time to get the wedding bands, we knew we had to go back to Werners. I actually found a wedding band I liked at a chain jeweler. Tim helped us get a comparable band at a great price and great quality. He also helped my now husband pick out his band. He even had great suggestions for him because he was worried with my husbands line of work that he would "ruin" the good band. So he helped him pick out his "work" ring as well. We couldn't be happier with their product, or their service. We all know planning a wedding can be a stressful time. It was nice to know we could count on Werner Jewelers to take the stress out of the wedding ring process. They have helped us make great memories for our wedding, and we will continue to shop their for any of our future jewelry needs.

I appreciate honesty and friendly service the most in retail stores. I have complete confidence when leaving my precious jewelry at Werner Jewelers for repairs that they will do a wonderful job, in a timely manner, at a reasonable rate. I have also seen Werner Jewelers give back to our community through donations to schools and other non-profit organizations. It is admirable to see their generosity in these ways!

I saw Werner Jewelers on the channel 2 news when they were being interviewed for gold buying. I had a lot of gold jewelery that I haven't been wearing. I went to them first but wanted to check around to see who was going to give me the best price. I went to several other stores (small shops and chain stores) and Werner Jewelers gave me the best deal by by far! They really seemed to appreciate my business and while I was there, I treated myself to a new bracelet! It was if I got it for free since they just handed $1200. 00 CASH!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

The Werner family is kind and they make you feel welcome in there store .The 2nd time I brought my husband and I had some 14k & 18k, the Werner's paid us so I brought girlfriend the next time and when I walked in Mr. Werner said to I have another $200.00 for you, I said why, he said when you were here last you had some extra 18k and we had it with the 14k. WHAT a surprise,so I suggest anyone to take their GOLD to WERNER JEWELERS, you will get the best price for your gold.
