Run , do not sign the contract with this company . The positive reviews you see here are either FALSE and planted , OR Like me ,are going to soon pay the penalty for dealing with this unscrupulous, immoral nation wide band of swindlers disguising themselves as a legitimate uniform service. When the fender covers ,and rags were so oily we had to polish the oil left on customers fenders we were appalled and complained to the route driver and Tom Hench the company 'service "rep . Nothing was done to correct our numerous valid complaints. When the fender covers came in with shards of metal that damaged our customers cars , I had ENUFF. It goes on and on with billing issues and uniform issues as well , NONE of them were addressed at all by domestic, after many attempts to get service corrected finally were forced , and ,told them to pack up and refused delivery .
That or pay for products we could not use!!
Three months later Mr Marc Coultons legal team sued US for breach of contract , 22k plus legal fees for service thru the year 2017 !!!!!
This company needs to be investigated by the attorney general , and a class action suite filed against them . I can't imagine how many other innocent small business like mine have been victims of this company . Domestic is very good at ONE thing , enforcing the airtight contract you signed in the beginning. The one the rep NEVER explained to you , the one that even if you DID read it , you did not understand how lopsided a document , and how binding it was .
Tell any one you know NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY . It has cost me 5 k to defend , maybe another 25 k after arbitration .
Remove the auto renewal and arbitration clause at a minimum with any uniform company . Other uniform companies WILL allow changes to the contract , if yours will not , find one that WILL. We did, albeit too late

Its now been three years since I changed to Domestic Uniform and I remain very satisfied with both their product and the service that my driver provides. They recently helped me to revamp my image with updated uniforms and designed a logo mat for my entrance.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Domestic. Their driver is courteous and reliable. Questions are answered in a timely manner. Management even stops by from time to time so check on my service, Once, they even cleaned

Horrible experience with this company. I had my bill paid by EFT, and my account got hacked. I called them to give them the new credit card number. First, I was told that only one person in the entire company can take credit cards, and he was on vacation. When I asked if I could have a note put in my file that I was trying to pay..I was told NO. When he finally got back in town, I gave him my payment information. For 2 months after that, the deliveryman kept coming into my shop demanding payment, and telling my staff and customers that I didn't pay my bills. I made NUMEROUS calls to the company during this time. Each time I was promised that they would take care of it, and each time they affirmed that they had my new payment info. Weeks after they charged my card, they were STILL coming into my shop, giving written notice to my staff that my account was past due. When I finally got the owner, David Olsen on the phone, he told me he would sue me if I didn't allow the driver to continue to come into my shop. DO NOT SIGN with the people!
