I would have to agree with Drew H. I never got far enough with these guys to even buy a Nissan, luckily. Ignorant and smug sales staff all around. They'll basically want to "steal" your trade. Go up the road and buy a Honda at motorworld you'll be happy you did

Let me start by saying that I love my Nissan car, just as I've loved the two before it. I have always had great dealings with other Nissan dealerships but I have had far too numerous issues with this one. Those problems started in their service department and continued all the way up the the general manager. For over two years and over 40,000 miles I had a repetitive problem with my car. The car was in their service department four times for this problem and never once did they find anything wrong with it. The issue was an exhaust leak that I heard every day and on some days could smell inside the car. Every time they gave the car back to me the service manager would tell me that they looked all over for it and they could not hear or see any signs of an exhaust leak. Never once was I given the opportunity to show them the noise and even when I requested to go with the mechanic they took the car out without me. After the last time they had the car for three days I had had enough and was shocked to find a hole in my rear catalytic converter the size of a drinking straw when I decided to undertake the repairs myself. The hole was located on the bottom of the engine in plain view. There is no excuse for the service department to miss this, no excuse for the service manager Keith Heffelfinger to repeatedly dismiss me and handle me in an unprofessional manner, and no excuse for the general manager Gary's (I unfortunately forgot his last name) disbelieving could care less attitude. After two plus years when I had shown patience and faith in the service department I felt that going to the general manager was my only option left. After being in his office two minutes I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere when he repeatedly said to me "I don't believe that" or "that's hard to believe" when discussing with him the details of my issue. At one point I calmly explained to him how mad and upset I was over the whole issue, to which he responded "Don't start yelling, all that will get you is me asking you to leave the property". I could keep going but I just want to make one thing clear. By all means buy a Nissan, just don't buy it from or have it serviced here.

Great deals, don't be shy. You can get the best deal for your trade in and the best price on your new vehicle. They earn income based on volume, and if you are persistant, you can get exactly what you want at the price you want. Give them a whirl, or should I say, give one of their vehicles a whirl.
