I wouldn't trust Park Place Valet to park my bicycle, let alone my car! After learning purses were no longer allowed in Lincoln Financial Field, we walked back to the Valet stand to put our belongings back in our car. The kind valet attendant said he would be happy to run them to the car so we could go back to the game. The attendant asked to see our valet ticket to pull the correct keys. He grabbed the keys from the board where they're stored, told us he would put our bags on the back seat, threw our bags over his shoulder and ran to our car - or so we thought. After the game we checked the backseat of the car and our bags were nowhere to be found. We looked in the trunk nothing. We IMMEDIATELY reported the incident to the manager on duty Dave. At that point, he called the owner also named Dave, who was at the other end of the stadium but would be at the valet booth in 10 minutes to speak to us. Their theory was that the valet attendant (who was no longer working after the game ended) put our bags in the wrong vehicle and the person whose vehicle he put them in would find the purses, and turn in our property. We filled out an incident report, itemizing our belongings and took the owners information. I described the valet attendant who took our bags to Dave (the manager) and he began calling the 3 employees who he thought it may have been based on my description. Everyone was very sweet and assured us that Park Place was fully insured and bonded so if our bags were not returned, they would file a claim through their insurance and we would be reimbursed for our loss. Manager Dave even commented that he wished his employees wouldnt touch customer property to avoid incidents like this. 6 weeks later I received a letter from their insurance provider stating that Park Place Valet was not responsible and they would not be issuing repayment. I find that odd considering the insurance adjuster never spoke with me or returned any of the THREE voicemails I left for her. Now, Park Place Valet is claiming that the attendants at the game do not even remember us even being there! We filed a police report and are taking the appropriate action. This has been an absolute nightmare so I encourage everyone to consider other options rather than trusting your car and its contents to Park Place Valet. Should an incident occur, you will be told that there is nothing to worry about and your personal items will be replaced at their expense; but, those are nothing but empty promises from an extremely unethical company.

Dave runs an excellent service. At Penn, we have used him in the city and in the country to park anywhere from 20 - 100 cars -- sometimes in tight spaces, where we had to enter cars at the exit of a parking garage to a sprawling campus where valet workers were sprinting a distance to retrieve vehicles after a mass egress of guests. All staff seem professional, wear uniforms, and will work in the bitter cold or the hot sun of summer. Very pleased. Reputable, reliable and very good at what they do.
