Jim, was excellent and facilitated our purchase of a used Toyota. Car buying can be a trying experience, but Mr. Jim, worked with us over a number of weeks and we are very satisfied customers. This is our third Toyota purchase and that is the strongest recommendation we can provide.
We went looking at cars but wound up purchasing a 2008 CRV to replace the CRV that was totaled. Our salesman Jim went out of his way to accommodate us. We also had exceptional service! Beware these people will say anything to get you to buy a car. I was lied to about the history of the vehicle i purchased. No matter the condition of the car they will make you sign no less than 13 as-is documents. Most cars are over-priced high mileage cars with rust on them. Lately theyve been calling previous customers offering a $10 gift card for a favorable review online. They called me and I told the lady to never call me again as I had already written a review of my horrible experience with this company. Make sure to read reviews on other sites. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Provided all the information that I needed to make a decision via email and phone. The staff, especially Jim made the process smooth and efficient. This is the type of service that has kept me coming back to North hills auto mall for many years.

I found the car I liked, and after a little negotiation, I got a fantastic price. After 2 weeks of driving the car, I had a few squeaks so I went back to try and have them take care of it, and was pleasantly surprised when I had no problem getting them fixed at NO COST to me, and they were happy to do it. I was so impressed with the way I was treated, and the way they stood behind the vehicle, that I have since gone back and bought a second car for my wife! She loves it.

The dealer worked hard to correct any cosmetic and minor mechanical deficiency with the vehicle. The car is in excellent condition and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. This is the 4th car from North Hills that I have purchased and it is really difficult to find a good, honest family owned dealership.
I went looking for a used car, expecting the worst from a used car dealer, but what a surprise to meet such a great salesperson, Jim. He is such a wonderful person and helped me fine a nice 03 Honda Accord. He never tried to push any car on me that I did not like and was very sincere person. I got to take my car home that night. Yes the car had some little minor repairs but that is why it is called a used car. Now I am rebuilding my credit and enjoying my car. Thanks to all at north Hills Auto mall for helping me make what I thought was going to be a nightmare into such a great experience.

They helped me to find the right car for me, were willing to negotiate on price, and proposed several financing options to choose from. Overall , this a nice place. I will definitely buy my next car from them despite that I moved to farther north.
The staff was very friendly at this dealership. Overall my experience was good, the financing took some time but at the end I was happy with my purchase. My salesperson was very nice, understanding and VERY knowledgeable of the cars. They were able to get my payments to where I wanted them to be, even with my bad credit. Thank you guys!

My experience with these employees was nothing but AWESOME in every aspect of the word. I purchased a Honda accord. This is HIGH QUALITY customer service and I can talk this way by spending 20 years in a top management position at Wal-Mart. If you go the extra mile for your customers then you reap the rewards with good referrals and word of mouth with friends and family.

I had an awesome experience buying my car here a few weeks ago. The sales guy was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I test drove a few until I found the right car for me and my budget. They worked with me on pricing and financing and my payments are really low!
Our salesman (I think his name was Jack?) was great. He made buying our first car a very easy and enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend North Hills Auto; we found a great car for our first. It is also so nice to see the cars in person vs. shopping on the internet.

Went here to take a look at some cars and had a great experience. The sale rep that I talked to took me through the cars that were in my budget and what I was looking for and just gave me the keys and let me take them out. After I was done test driving several cars we sat down and went over what I liked and didn't like. Ultimately they didn't have anything that really suited my needs, and the rep was the one that even said "It doesn't look like we have anything that you really want." He said he'd give me a call if they got anything in that would suite me and gave me info on the cars I did test drive in case I changed my mind. Great dealership, no pressure selling and they were very informative.
Favorable buying experience. A little laid back on their service and making my repairs prior to purchase but got a great car in the end. No strings no haggle sales. Got exactly what I walked in for at the price I expected to pay. There is no way I would have gotten the same attention and final cost at a regular dealer. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a quality car!
The cars last forever and are stylish and well made. The service bay is clean and organized....everyone there is professional and courteous. I have enjoyed my experience at this dealership for over 8 years now. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

I bought my car here and when it needed some work done unexpectedly, North Hills repaired it for me at a low cost. Very convenient, I didn't have to look around for an auto repair shop that was more than likely just gonna rip me off anyway!Does repairs

Being a single mom you can't be to cautious on what kind of car you buy. North Hills Auto Mall hooked me up with a great full efficient car for me and my 2 kids. The price was great and so was the customer service. Thank you guys!
Amazing prices and good quality work . North hills treats you and your car with respect with no hidden fees. And when it comes to buying a car from here the prices are outstanding and the sales rep puts no pressure on you.
There was no pressure when buying our family car. The staff was so wonderful to us and our kids. North Hills lives up to its name and I will be telling all of our friends about this place.
So happy with my new car! We had to jump through some hoops to get it because of my credit but in the end I got the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it!
