Why do people always expect something for nothing. Shop at Acme every week what do they give you for it? The food is bad here, cold prime rib, & it was not fresh, a brown baked potato also cold. I had to meet my friend there another time & got the same bad food. Two strikes now their out.

Well, I will NEVER go to The Buck Hotel again... and I make it my life long goal to give The Buck Hotel as much bad publicity as I can! I heard the owner, Brian, was a jerk... 'jerk' does not do justice to Brian!!!!
He does not deserve to make one more penny from you hard-working people!!!
...
---- Before I brought the 15 people for happy hour there, I called ahead to ask about happy hour specials and Neil (the manager) said if I was to bring that many people in he would hook me up with a few drinks. So, after 6 hours I only had 3 glasses of wine (pathetic, I know). I told the bartender that Neil said he would write my few drinks off the tab. She said he left but would ask Brian, the owner.
---- Brian said I was getting on his nerves and the manager had no right to tell me that. I was still very nice saying, "sorry, that is not my problem... and you are going to give me a problem over 3 glasses of wine?". "It is not a point over the money. It is the point that you are being so arrogant and nasty over a few silly dollars after we just spent hundreds".
---- We spent 100's of dollars there. The guys were doing shots. 100's of dollars! and to be a jerk over 3 glasses of wine!
---- I said to Brian, "You would rather be nasty over 3 glasses of wine and to not have these 15 people ever come in again? He said he didn't give a shi#. I was a bitc# and (again) I was getting on his nerves. Again, it is not the wine. I have the money. It is the principal. What happen to the customer always being right? My goodness, It was 3 glasses of wine!
---- As I was leaving, The bartender said "Sorry, you know the way Brian is". How does one get away with being a Dic# his whole life? My only assumption is that he is just totally miserable in his life and has to take it out on others. I have heard about people getting stiffed with wedding there. I have heard about the 'Drunk Owner Brian sitting at the bar drinking' (which he was). But this was my first experience... and Last!!!!
---- So, a word of advice to all my dear friends... Steer clear of The Buck Hotel!

I attend the Mother's Brunch Buffet at the Buck Hotel. It was incredible, I would compare it to any brunch that a downtown restaurant would offer. The buffet pleased my entire family in all aspects. I can not wait to attend another brunch and also check out the buck for dinner!

I returned to the buck sept 30th and they now offer fresh sushi. It was amazing. I recently met the owner who was the nicest guy in the world!

The first there and will be my last. Expensive for the little amount of food. We went there for Valentines Day and ordered the Sweetheart menu. Looked like the split a surf and turf entree and made it for 2 with a few extras.

The Sunday Brunch at the Buck Hotel is fantastic. A little on the pricey side but very well worth it. This is a great place to go when family and friends come to visit.

The atmosphere is very nice. It is a little pricey but the food is pretty good. They also have nice take out items to have a relaxed dinner at home. Overall a good experience.

I love the decor at this restaurant and bar! When you walk in you feel like your in a giant ski lodge in the mountains.Everything fits in with the theme right down to the "tree branch" chairs! They have an outside patio and rooftop deck and the casual food is great.Get the buck burger and the spicy shrimp!

A few years ago friends of my husband and I were married here. The reception room was nice and food was good.
They have a nice area to have ceremony. The dance floor was large.
We had a great time!

Is wonderful for both an evening out as a date or when planning an upscale event such as a wedding or christening.
Pries a bit on the higher side but the service and quality of food more than make up for it.

Our first visit to the Buck on Saturday night was very impressive. A great and attentive waitress, helped us make several decisions on our meals. Being lobster lovers, the 1.5 pound lobster with a choice of soup or salad, 2 vegetables was absolutely fresh and delicious. The price was very wallet friendly too. Strongly recommended. Also, make room for dessert! They were great.

The Buck Hotel has been renovated from a quaint restaurant to a high class one and does considerable catering. Although their food is good, their prices seem some what high.
