Sunshine Services

Anyone can get a van and "claim" to be a Cleaning service. My business is considered one of the TOP 50 shops in the United States. So, my customers expect a good lookin shop. I want my floors to look good. In fact, I heard a customer once say, "these floors are so clean I could eat off of them, I want these guys working on my car." (That resulted in a $500 sale)
I have had other companies do my floors. These other companies would hire cheap labor and were always looking at ways to cut costs on their materials. End Result? My floors were dull and unnoticeable. Not with Sunshine. A uniformed Employee shows up at the time specified. He then goes over all work details for the job. Those orders are then handed to the 2 courteous workers who clean, strip, wax, and buff the floors. Not only did the they do their job, but they actually took PRIDE in the work they did ! I don't call Sunshine because they are the cheapest, I call them because they are the best; and Sometimes you only get one shot at making a first impression with a customer.
