I wish I could have know these brother's ran Parking Lots because they run Apts the same ways
Do Not Have To Fix stuff in Parking Lots so I guess they don't here either.
Waited so long to get anything fixed and these we're minor. Also, They put you through the mill to lease their apts but don't do anything once they have your rent money.
Mr Spear, come on don't be sooo cheap . We pay rent , so you should keep up your places even if you don't own them and just manage them.

Pros: None

Cons: RENT TOO HIGH, DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING, BROTHER LOOSE NUT

Electric goes out and management does not fix the problem even on the coldest of days.

Management does not have front and back entrances and stairs cleared of snow and ice after storms. Very slippery and puts tenants at a high risk of injury from a fall.

The doors don't close, yet management post signs alerting residents to recent break-ins and advising us to close doors at all time....the real question is how can you close doors that aren't lined up?

Lights go out in hallways, weeks pass before lights are changed.

Hallways smell of mold.

First year of the lease....not so bad despite not having a locking mailbox, after MULTIPLE calls. And a hot water heater leaking all over the kitchen. All in all, expected things for an apartment.
The second year turned out to be a nightmare! Still no locking mailbox. But now we had a sofa with a homeless individual making home on it, left behind the buidling. Nearly a month of calls it took, and a police report to finally get the sofa removed. Centra's first solution to the problem....have someone come out to push the sofa down a few feet onto the neighbors property. Real responsible.
Forget a peaceful nights sleep in this building....a player of classical music moved in and decided that practices well into the early AM hours were appropriate. It was not until a letter of self-eviction was sent that anything was done to permanently stop this problem. The walls are paper thin here so you hear everything your neighbors are doing.
Hallways are usually dirty and the building has a musty smell about it.
There is smoking allowed in the building for only some and that smell also travels throughout the building.
For the rent they charge, you can certainly get a better value elsewhere.

Pros: High Ceilings

Cons: Noisy, poor management of property with no concern for safety of tenants
